35490d82a9 Add OptimizedCodeList and DeoptimizedCodeList to native contexts. Both lists are weak. This makes it possible to find optimized code that is not referred to by any function, but still needs to be deoptimized. It obsoletes the weak deoptimizing code list in the deoptimizer data and generally simplifies the process of deoptimizing code.

c8bdc10646 Add a trap_on_abort flag 
By setting this flag assertions behind --debug-code will trigger a
breakpoint instead of a call into Abort. This eases debugging, as the
call site is less cluttered and the backtrace starts where it should.

bbf9018c0f Fix invalid out-of-bounds store in MacroAssembler::Allocate.

d2c443b774 Extract hardcoded error strings into a single place and replace them with enum. 
I'd like to propagate bailout reason to cpu profiler.
So I need to save it into heap object SharedFunctionInfo.
But:
1) all bailout reason strings spread across all the sources.
2) they are native strings and if I convert them into String then I may have a performance issue.
3) one byte is enough for 184 bailout reasons. Otherwise we need 8 bytes for the pointer.

Also I think it would be nice to have error strings collected in one place.
In that case we will get additional benefits:

It allows us to keep this set of messages under control.
It gives us a chance to internationalize them.
It slightly reduces the binary footprint.

From the other hand the developers have to add new strings into that enum.

a59d3ba977 Reland initial bits of "Implement correct OS and CC detection." 
This adds the OS and CC detection and cleans up the globals.h to
some degree. It also places all of the C++11 feature detection into
globals.h.

f59c36589d In MacroAssembler::JumpIfNotBothSequentialAsciiStrings a custom mask 
helps us decide if we have two ascii strings. We don't care if they
are internalized or not. A few days ago we flipped the meaning of the
internalized bit in INSTANCE_TYPE, and that broke this custom mask.
This CL effects a repair.

ec8c6f4692 Rename AllocationSiteInfo to AllocationMemento 
This is just a rename change with the exception of a bug found along the way in
CodeStubGraphBuilder<FastCloneShallowArrayStub>::BuildCodeStub(). There, the
intent is to get the boilerplate object from an AllocationSite. But the wrong
HObjectAccess was used. It only succeeds because it happened to be the same
offset :).

3761e0388d With >= 64 non-string instance types, I removed an optimization that allowed us to detect internalized strings with a single bit test. (https://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=15358) But that change caused a regression, so here is an improvement: 
Put the internalized string types in the lower 64 entries of
INSTANCE_TYPE, and non-internalized string types in the next 64 entries.
This way we can restore the single bit check.

6aed526733 The check for internalized strings relied on the fact that we had less 
than 64 distinct InstanceTypes. We are hitting that boundary, so this
check needs to be more comprehensive. In fact, two bits need to be
tested: verify that kNotStringTag isn't set, and that kInternalizedTag
is set.

c4224f09a2 Notify CPU profiler when calling native getters 
This change modifies code produced by BaseLoadStubCompiler::GenerateLoadCallback so that instead of calling AccessorGetter direcly it calls InvokeAccessorGetter which changes VM state and calls the actual callback. This way CPU profiler knows which external callback is being executed in this case. Indirect call happens only if CpuProfiler::is_profiling() is true.

This is exactly same change as r15116 with a build fix for test-api.cc

f8db2414f2 Deprecate FACTORY helper macro. 
This removes the FACTORY helper macro to avoid accidental TLS access
when using the factory. Most internal code has access to the Isolate by
now whereas tests which are not performance critical still heavily use
TLS access through explicit Isolate::Current() calls.

e4edbb0535 Cleaned up CpuFeature scope handling. 
First of all, it has nothing to do with Isolates, it is related to the assembler
at hand. Furthermore, the saving/restoring is platform-independent. Cleaned up
some platform-specific stuff on the way.

Note that there are some things which still need some cleanup, like e.g. using
EnumSet instead of uint64_t, making Probe() more uniform across platforms etc.,
but the CL is already big enough.

5c93b18eb2 ES6 symbols: Allow symbols as property names 
Since symbols and strings share a common representation, most of this change is about consistently replacing 'String' with 'Name' in all places where property names are expected. In particular, no new logic at all is necessary for maps, property dictionaries, or transitions. :) The only places where an actual case distinction is needed have to do with generated type checks, and with conversions of names to strings (especially in logger and profiler).

c4caf766bf Allocation Info Tracking, continued. 
Addresses missing cases for array literals.
Adds support for "new Array()" call sites. This isn't complete yet, I have to run with --noinline_new.

6e829ed485 Added Isolate parameter to CodeStub::GetCode(). 
According to gprof, this was the #1 cause for TLS access during an Octane run.

fb6776e84a Made Isolate a mandatory parameter for everything Handle-related. 
Unified parameter order of CreateHandle with the rest of v8 on the way. A few
Isolate::Current()s had to be introduced, which is not nice, and not every place
will win a beauty contest, but we can clean this up later easily in smaller steps.
