titzer	4c302ca290	Make it easier to test OSR with %OptimizeOsr() runtime call. ... This call triggers OSR for the current function. And also allows explicitly testing OSR on the top-level code. That causes allow_osr_at_loop_nesting_level and the actually patched state to go out of sync.
