6f448efbef [inspector] Make wasm tests fail rather than time out.
Consistently use InspectorTest.runAsyncTestSuite() in wasm inspector
tests to make tests easier to debug (they'll fail instead of timing
out in case of errors).

b38c136948 [wasm][inspector][test] Print opcode names
It makes inspector tests a lot more readable if the opcode of the pause
location is being printed. Since we already have a list of all opcodes
available in wasm-module-builder.js, we can just reuse that to build a
reverse lookup map.

This CL implements this for single-byte opcodes only, which is enough
for all tests that we currently have. It will have to be extended for
prefixed opcodes once that is being used.

b47c42e3ab [wasm][test] Consolidate stepping tests
Stepping always happens in Liftoff now, and always by byte offset. Thus
remove the redundant "wasm-stepping-byte-offset" test, which was fully
subsumed by "wasm-stepping-liftoff". Also, rename
"wasm-stepping-liftoff" to "wasm-stepping".

a4e162f761 Remove fake wasm scripts from V8 backend
Inspector will no longer report per-function wasm scripts or
provide wasm disassembly. Locations in wasm are now consistently
reported through the inspector API as lineNumber=0
columnNumber=byte offset in module.

6ec6ed9cbe Report real module in addition to fake scripts
Currently the inspector reports Wasm in one of two ways:
 - If there is a source map, report one script per Wasm script, with
   bytecode but no source.
 - If there is no source map, report one script per Wasm function, with
source (Wasm disassembly) but no bytecode.

With this change, behavior with source map is same, but without source
map it will report both ways. This will allow us to change the frontend
to do its own disassembly, allowing us to remove the per-function scripts
in a future change.

b50dea24b1 [wasm] Report module name if available
Currently, when debugging wasm, the internal script URL is shown, which
has the form wasm://wasm/wasm-<hex-script-id>. With this change, if the
module specifies a module name, it would report the URL as
wasm://wasm/<module-name>-<hex-script-id>, as this will help the user
identify what they are debugging.

c203163d1f [strings] Introduce "is not integer index" bit
This is useful for the upcoming "huge TypedArrays" support, to be able
to quickly decide in stubs/generated code whether a string used as the
key for a property load/store can possibly be an exotic integer index.

07752032e6 [wasm] Decode local names for debugging
When providing scope information (containing the value of local
variables of live stack frames), decode the local variable names of all
functions in a wasm module and store this in the WasmDebugInfo
structure.
Use these names to actually name the reported locals, instead of using
the default names "param#<d>" and "local#<d>". These names are only used
as fallbacks for locals which were not assigned a name.

6e70425be1 [wasm] Provide scope information via inspector
This CL implements the proposed change to show information about
WebAssembly values and call frames via the inspector interface.
Each interpreted WebAssembly frame will have two scopes: A global scope
showing information about the memory (to be extended for globals), and
a local scope showing information about parameters, local variables, and
stack values.
Names of local variables will be added later.

1a73f73b3b [wasm] Implement extensible name section
The format of the name section changed recently. It now contains
subsections of different type (currently for function names or local
variable names).
This CL changes our internal wasm module builders (in JS and C++) to
emit this new format, and changes the decoder to understand it.
We currently only parse the function name section, and ignore names of
local variables. I will later extend this to parse local variable names
when needed for debugging.

Always execute the implicit return if we fell off the function bytes.
This is not considered an additional "step" as it is not executing a

Otherwise, we might pause at an invalid position (one after the
