This CL fixes the Map Panel colors. The getColor
function of Edge class was always falling to the
default color unable to show correct colors in
the timeline panel.

This CL modifies the logging pipeline of V8 to track
timestamps of the IC events across the log file.
Modifies the current IC-explorer's code to make it
compatible with the IC event time processing.

This CL adds input fields to the IC Panel to filter
IC events based on the event creation time.
Filtered events across time reflected back to the IC-panel
statistics which helps to examine statistics about
the events in the selected time range.

Indicium is a new tool that integrates all our Map and IC processing
tools into one tool.
