e25920da19 Make Array.prototype.pop throw if the last element is not configurable. 
Popping an element from an array should call [[Delete]] internal method
and pass true as the second argument (ECMA-262/5.1/#sec-15.4.4.6).
When the last element can't be deleted, throw a Type Error.
Not throwing the error would result in endless loop in the following test.

By the way fix another bug, or else i can't post any issues.
"presubmit.py" throw a "missing a correct copyright header" on windows.
Both the slash and the backslash are valid path separator on windows.

c5427d5eea Codify the assumption that %GetArrayKeys can return only a single interval starting at zero 
This patch adds comments explaining the interface in runtime.cc and simplifies
all callers given these assumptions (e.g., no need to loop over intervals, or
calculate where the interval starts).

Took care of some unrelated issues in the edited code:
- Fixes one use of [] to InternalArray
- Removed a bunch of comments referring to ES3 which no longer hold in ES5

0ca02ee48d Make sure builtin functions don't rely on __proto__. 
This makes sure that none of the builtin functions rely on the __proto__
accessor which can now be monkey-patched by applications. Instead use a
separate %SetPrototype() intrinsic or object literals to do the job.

3d45e98b5e Remove %_SwapElements. This inlined runtime contained an optimization that was dangerous in the presence of incremental compaction. It also prevented QuickSort from array.js from being optimized by Crankshaft, so it is probably better to do without it. We have high hopes that this will fix bug=117879.

1336b913d0 Make built-ins strict mode conforming, and support a --use-strict flag. 
* Turned all uses of 'const' into 'var'.
* Turned all uses of local 'function' into 'var'.
* Added a couple of missing toplevel 'var' declarations.

One consequence is that the properties on the builtin object  are no longer
non-writable, and I had to adapt one test. Is that a problem?

Unfortunately, we cannot actually switch the library scripts to strict mode
by default, because that makes observable things like poisoned .caller properties
for library functions.

Also removed dead flag code in Compiler::Compile.

330cd2205c Remove hidden prototype for builtin functions. 
This is a deliberate non-conformity introduced more than 2 years ago to
be compatible with JSC. The current state is that all other browsers
perform ES5 conform in that regard.

6742176949 Fix Array.filter to use internal array for result. 
In built-in code we use arrays for internal computations. This makes it
possible to affect the built-in code by putting getters or setters on
the array prototype chain. Using internal arrays prevents those issues.

cd3588d582 Make (some) functions called from builtin functions use the callback's global as receiver. 
Changes GetGlobalReceiver() to GetDefaultReceiver(func) that returns undefined
for strict and native functions, and the function's context's global proxy
for "normal" functions.

0c1702b199 Don't use SmartSlice just because the receiver is an array. 
Only do so if the estimated number of elements is low compared to the
end position for the slice. This is similar to other heuristics used
for array operations that use the %GetElementKeys runtime function.

e0eb110130 Reapply 7763, including arm and x64 variants. 
The only difference to revision 7763 is the implementation in the
builtins file for arm and x64, plus a move of Array.prototype.toString
and Array.prototype.toLocaleString from should throw on null or

2b730c2bf6 Don't exchange null and undefined with the global object in function.prototype.{call, apply} for natives. 
This makes us compatible with firefox in throwing an exception when
call is invoked on a builtin with null as the this argument.
