0645135446 Separate CompilationInfo into its own file.
This way, many files which only need CompilationInfo but not compiler.h
and its dependencies can include just compilation-info.h.

fc6425c56a Include only stuff you need, part 5: make function-tester.h slimmer.
Rebuilding (after touching certain files) is crazy slow because
includes are out of control. Many of these files we need to rebuild are
cctests which pull in more includes than they need.

9ee6ca75d3 [turbofan] Switch inlining tests to global scope.
This switches our inlining tests (i.e. cctest/test-run-inlining) to rely
on global object instead of function context specialization, which is
more in sync with what we are actually shipping. It will also allow us
to test inlining with the BytecodeGraphBuilder without having to add
support for function context specialization just for testing purposes.

5febc27b5d [builtins] New frame type for exits to C++ builtins
Prior to this commit, calls to C++ builtins created standard exit
frames, which are skipped when constructing JS stack traces. In order to
show these calls on traces, we introduce a new builtin exit frame type.

Builtin exit frames contain target and new.target on the stack and are
not skipped during stack trace construction.

086bc49894 [turbofan] Remove support for --turbo-types.
We had exactly one test case for --noturbo-types, so it's likely that
the generic pipeline (without types) was already broken for quite some
time, plus no one expressed interest in maintaining it, plus it
complicates the JSGenericLowering integration. So decision is to kill
it.

16f133001f Move compiler cctests into v8::internal::compiler namespace.
This moves all cctest files for the compiler to live in the same
namespace as the components they are testing. Hence we can avoid the
forbidden using directives pulling in entire namespaces.

From the Google C++ style guide: "You may not use a using-directive to
make all names from a namespace available". This would be covered by
presubmit linter checks if build/namespaces were not blacklisted.

Context specialization enables inlining (at least currently it is the

25895aeeaf [turbofan] Add support for inlining of builtins.
We mark certain builtins for inlining, and those should always be
inlined into optimized code (CrankShaft already handles it this way), so
we should support that in TurboFan as well. Currently this mainly
affects a certain set of Math functions, but once have the basics in
place we can extend this to any kind of builtin/code stub/accessor.

This adds a new flag --turbo_builtin_inlining (enabled by default), that
forces the inliner to always inline builtins marked for inlining, but
does not affect inlining of other functions (this is still controlled by
the --turbo-inlining flag).

566cdc3bcd Reland "Add initial support for inlining."
Reland Fixes:
* Remove usage of C++11 vector members.
* Guard tests by V8_TURBO_TARGET.

Changes:
* Make context specialization clean up after itself.
* Add UpdateToAndIncrement to Inputs::iterator.
Uses:iterator already provides this member function.
* Allow next node id in graph to be set.
