This also fixes a use where it should be a public name. For public
names, we use what is defined in the module or wasm-function[%d] as per
the wasm names spec.

If a String object contains unicode, the returned {ToCString()} may
actually longer than the {length()} of the String.
But it's always null-terminated, so we can just print it without
explicitly passing a length.
