This change adds Torque field definitions for ScopeInfo and begins to
use the Torque-generated accessors in some places. It does not change
the in-memory layout of ScopeInfo.
Torque compiler changes:
- Fix an issue where the parser created constexpr types for classes
based on the class name rather than the `generates` clause. This meant
that generated accessors referred to the imaginary type HashTable
rather than the real C++ type FixedArray.
- Don't pass Isolate* through the generated runtime functions that
implement Torque macros. Maybe we'll need it eventually, but we don't
right now and it complicates a lot of things.
- Don't emit `kSomeFieldOffset` if some_field has an unknown offset.
Instead, emit a member function `SomeFieldOffset()` which fetches the
slice for some_field and returns its offset.
- Emit an `AllocatedSize()` member function for classes which have
complex length expressions. It fetches the slice for the last field
and performs the multiply&add to compute the total object size.
- Emit field accessors for fields with complex length expressions, using
the new offset functions.
- Fix a few minor bugs where Torque can write uncompilable code.
With this change, most code still treats ScopeInfo like a FixedArray, so
I would like to follow up with some additional changes:
1. Generate a GC visitor for ScopeInfo and use it
2. Generate accessors for struct-typed fields (indexed or otherwise),
and use them
3. Get rid of the FixedArray-style get and set accessors; use
TaggedField::load and similar instead
4. Inherit from HeapObject rather than FixedArrayBase to remove the
unnecessary `length` field
After that, there will only be one ugly part left: initialization. I
think it's possible to generate a factory function that takes a bunch of
iterator parameters and returns a fully-formed, verifiably correct
ScopeInfo instance, but doing so is more complicated than the four
mostly-mechanical changes listed above.

1) Computed property keys (esp functions in them) shouldn't be inside
the object literal scope.
2) I was using an imprecise "maybe uses super" and storing it to
preparse data. This won't fly, since it pollutes sister scopes and
leads to confusion wrt whether an object literal needs a home object
or not. Made it precise (mostly cancelling changes in the original CL).
3) PreParser::NewSuperPropertyReference was creating a VariableProxy for
this_function (which made it used) -> inconsistent scopes between
parsing and preparsing.
4) MultipleEntryBlockContextScope was messing up the accumulator

This saves memory (the home object doesn't need to be stored for each
method, but only once per class) and hopefully makes the home object
a constant in the optimized code.

Previously we had introduced a special `v8::internal::WasmValue` type
which we used to expose Wasm values to the Scope view in Chromium
DevTools. The problem however is that these values cannot be exposed to
JavaScript (and in particular not to Debug Evaluate), which means that
particularly for v128 and i64 we have inconsistent representations
across the various parts of DevTools.
This change removes the `wasm` type from the RemoteObject and all the
adjacent logic, and paves the way for a uniform representation of Wasm
values throughout DevTools. For i64 we will simply use BigInt
consistently everywhere, and for i32, f32 and f64 we'll just use Number.
For externref we will represent the values as-is directly. For v128
values we currently use a Uint8Array, but will introduce a dedicated
WasmSimd128 class in a follow-up CL.

Previously, we were looking up the prototype of the receiver and
checking that against %TypedArrayPrototype% before invalidating the
protector cell.
This is incorrect as it's possible to patch the prototype and then
change the constructor property, bypassing this check.
This CL adds a new instance type to prototype of all TypedArray
constructors and checks the receiver against this instance type.

ScopeInfo objects generally start with three fields: flags, parameter
count, and local variable count. But a single read-only ScopeInfo
instance has none of those fields. This is the empty ScopeInfo, which is
used for contexts that don't correspond to any scope (the native context
and contexts for builtin functions). Since there is only ever a single
instance of the empty ScopeInfo, the memory savings of omitting these
fields is trivial, and we can simplify logic somewhat by including them.
Rather than checking for length to be zero, this change introduces a new
flag indicating that a ScopeInfo instance is the empty one.
On its own, this change doesn't provide a whole lot of value. However,
it sets us up for two further improvements, which are consistent with
the goals outlined in [1]:
1. We should fully describe ScopeInfo fields in Torque. Getting rid of
the requirement to check for emptiness would substantially simplify the
indexed field expressions.
2. ScopeInfo shouldn't inherit from FixedArray, and shouldn't begin with
a `length` field when the length can be computed from the other fields.
This would save a small amount of heap memory and avoid any possibility
of a mismatch between the two ways of computing the length.

This CL stores not just A's immediate parent type on A, but its

knowledge of B's distance to the root type in order to compare
only exactly one of A's supertypes to B.

This change plumbs import assertions from SourceTextModuleDescriptor's
ModuleRequestMap into SourceTextModuleInfo via a new ModuleRequest
type, where previously there had been only the specifier.
SourceTextModuleDescriptor::module_map now deduplicates module requests
using the specifier and the import assertions. Continuing to use the
specifier alone would cause a loss of information in the event that
a module imports from the same specifier multiple times using different
sets of assertions. Failing to deduplicate at all would result in
multiple requests for statements like `import {a,b,c} from "foo.js"`,
which would be a potential performance issue. See design doc at
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yuXgNHSbTAPubT1Mg0JXp5uTrfirkvO1g5cHHCe-LmY
for more detail on this decision.
v8::internal::ModuleRequest holds the assertions as an array of the form
[key1, value1, position1, key2, value2, assertion2, ...]. However the
parser still needs to use a map, since duplicate assertion keys need to
be detected at parse time. A follow-up change will ensure that
assertions are sorted using a proper lexicographic sort.

This commit adds the 'l' (linear) RegExp flag (as in e.g. /asdf|123/l)
that forces execution in linear time. These regexps are handled by the
experimental engine. If the experimental engine cannot handle the
pattern, an exception is thrown on creation of the regexp.
The commit also adds a new global V8 flag and changes an existing one:
* --enable-experimental-engine, which turns on recognition of the RegExp
'l' flag. Previously this flag also caused all supported regexps to
be executed by the experimental engine; this is not the case anymore.
* --default-to-experimental-regexp-engine takes over the previous
semantics of --enable-experimental-regexp-engine: We execute all
supported regexps with the experimental engine.

This changes OrderedHashMap, OrderedHashSet, and OrderedNameDictionary
as follows:
- Create a dedicated allocation function AllocateEmpty to create zero-
element instances of these classes
- Fix bugs resulting from using these zero-element versions
Further, this CL
- provides a canonical empty versions of OrderedNameDictionary
- changes the types of the canonical ordered hash table and hash set
from FixedArray to the actual subclasses

This is the first change in the process of implementing import
assertions per https://tc39.es/proposal-import-assertions/.
This CR adds support for the empty form of the AssertClause.
Also added is a --harmony-import-assertions flag to enable/disable
import assertions. For now, the feature is off by default.
The next change will enable the parser to handle a non-empty list
of AssertEntries.

which was a reland of c4a062a958
which was a reland of 28a30c578c
which was a reland of 5d7a29c90e
The change had an issue that embedders implementing heap tracing (e.g.
Unified Heap with Blink) could be passed an uninitialized pointer if
marking happened during deserialization of an object containing such a
pointer. Because of the 0xdeadbed0 uninitialized filler value, these
embedders would then receive the value 0xdeadbed0deadbed0 as the
'pointer', and crash on dereference.
There is, however, special handling already for null pointers in heap
tracing, also for dealing with not-yet initialized values. So, we can
make the uninitialized Smi filler be 0x00000000, and that will make such
embedded fields have a nullptr representation, making them follow the
normal uninitialized value bailouts.
In addition, it relands the following dependent changes, which are
relanding unchanged and are followup performance improvements.
Relanding them in the same change should allow for cleaner reverts
should they be needed.

This is a reland of 28a30c578c
which was a reland of 5d7a29c90e
The crashes were from calling RegisterDeserializerFinished on a null
Isolate pointer, for a deserializer that was never initialised
(specifically, ReadOnlyDeserializer when ROHeap is shared).

This is a reland of 5d7a29c90e
This reland shuffles around the order of checks in Heap::AllocateRawWith
to not check the new space addresses until it's known that this is a new
space allocation. This fixes an UBSan failure during read-only space
deserialization, which happens before the new space is initialized.
It also fixes some issues discovered by --stress-snapshot, around
serializing ThinStrings (which are now elided as part of serialization),
handle counts (I bumped the maximum handle count in that check), and
clearing map transitions (the map backpointer field needed a Smi
uninitialized value check).

This patch removes the concept of reservations and a specialized
deserializer allocator, and instead makes the deserializer allocate
directly with the Heap's Allocate method.
The major consequence of this is that the GC can now run during
deserialization, which means that:
a) Deserialized objects are visible to the GC, and
b) Objects that the deserializer/deserialized objects point to can
move.
Point a) is mostly not a problem due to previous work in making
deserialized objects "GC valid", i.e. making sure that they have a valid
size before any subsequent allocation/safepoint. We now additionally
have to initialize the allocated space with a valid tagged value -- this
is a magic Smi value to keep "uninitialized" checks simple.
Point b) is solved by Handlifying the deserializer. This involves
changing any vectors of objects into vectors of Handles, and any object
keyed map into an IdentityMap (we can't use Handles as keys because
the object's address is no longer a stable hash).
Back-references can no longer be direct chunk offsets, so instead the
deserializer stores a Handle to each deserialized object, and the
backreference is an index into this handle array. This encoding could
be optimized in the future with e.g. a second pass over the serialized
array which emits a different bytecode for objects that are and aren't
back-referenced.
Additionally, the slot-walk over objects to initialize them can no
longer use absolute slot offsets, as again an object may move and its
slot address would become invalid. Now, slots are walked as relative
offsets to a Handle to the object, or as absolute slots for the case of
root pointers. A concept of "slot accessor" is introduced to share the
code between these two modes, and writing the slot (including write
barriers) is abstracted into this accessor.
Finally, the Code body walk is modified to deserialize all objects
referred to by RelocInfos before doing the RelocInfo walk itself. This
is because RelocInfoIterator uses raw pointers, so we cannot allocate
during a RelocInfo walk.
As a drive-by, the VariableRawData bytecode is tweaked to use tagged
size rather than byte size -- the size is expected to be tagged-aligned
anyway, so now we get an extra few bits in the size encoding.

This reverts commit 1aa9ab7384.
The reverted CL chain had an issue where ThinStrings could accidentally
end up in compilation artifacts, causing issues down the line with ICs
that expected direct internalized strings.
The reason for this bug was that forward references to internalized
strings were resolved before PostProcessNewObject. When this happened,
the internalized string A would be written to the field where it was
previously deferred, then PostProcessNewObject would change string A to
string A', and update string A to a ThinString. This means any _future_
back references to A would see the ThinString and follow it to receive
A', but any _past_ forward references would keep pointing to the
ThinString A.
This reland fixes this by preventing InternalizedString deferral, so
that all references to InternalizedStrings are back references. It also
adds some additional verification to the heap verifier that constant
pools and object boilerplate descriptors aren't allowed to hold thin
strings.
This patch also fixes an additional bug in the original CL, where weak
forward refs weren't being serialized with a weak prefix.

Now that we have forward references, we can replace the body deferring
mechanism with forward references to the entire pointer.
This ensures that objects are always deserialized with their contents
(aside from themselves maybe holding forward refs), and as a result we
can simplify the CanBeDeferred conditions which encode the constraint
that some objects either need immediately have contents, or cannot be
deferred because their fields are changed temporarily (e.g. backing
store refs).
This also means that objects with length fields (e.g. arrays) will
always have those length fields deserialized when the object is
deserialized, which was not the case when the body could be deferred.
This helps us in the plan to make GC possible during deserialization.

Change the serialization protocol to ensure that maps are serialized
before objects using them. This ensures that as soon as we allocate
space for an object, we can immediately write the object's map into that
allocation. In the future, this will allow us to make deserialized
object visible to the GC.
Specifically, this forces map serialization to happen after emitting
a kNewObject for an object, but before allocating the space for it. We
have to serialize the map after kNewObject because otherwise the map
itself would be written into the "current" slot, into which the object
is supposed to be deserialized.
Objects whose maps are currently being deserialized are considered
"pending" -- started, but not yet allocated. The map might point to a
pending object (e.g. if an object's constructor points to the object).
This is solved by introducing a new concept of forward references, where
the field referring to the pending object is serialized as a "pending
forward reference" which is "resolved" once the object is allocated.
It might also point to itself, in the case of the meta map -- this is
simply solved by introducing a new bytecode for the meta map; this
cannot be a pending forward reference because the meta map is not yet
allocated, so its map slot cannot be registered as pending.
Finally, we may need to go to a new chunk after serializing the map; so
after the map serialization, we peek to see if there's a next chunk
bytecode before the object allocation.

Changes the isolate's string table into an off-heap structure. This
allows the string table to be resized without allocating on the V8 heap,
and potentially triggering a GC. This allows existing strings to be
inserted into the string table without requiring allocation.
This has two important benefits:
1) It allows the deserializer to insert strings directly into the
string table, rather than having to defer string insertion until
deserialization completes.
2) It simplifies the concurrent string table lookup to allow resizing
the table inside the write lock, therefore eliminating the race
where two concurrent lookups could both resize the table.
The off-heap string table has the following properties:
1) The general hashmap behaviour matches the HashTable, i.e. open
addressing, power-of-two sized, quadratic probing. This could, of
course, now be changed.
2) The empty and deleted sentinels are changed to Smi 0 and 1,
respectively, to make those comparisons a bit cheaper and not
require roots access.
3) When the HashTable is resized, the old elements array is kept
alive in a linked list of previous arrays, so that concurrent
lookups don't lose the data they're accessing. This linked list
is cleared by the GC, as then we know that all threads are in
a safepoint.
4) The GC treats the hash table entries as weak roots, and only walks
them for non-live reference clearing and for evacuation.
5) Since there is no longer a FixedArray to serialize for the startup
snapshot, there is now a custom serialization of the string table,
and the string table root is considered unserializable during weak
root iteration. As a bonus, the custom serialization is more
efficient, as it skips non-string entries.
As a drive-by, rename LookupStringExists_NoAllocate to
TryStringToIndexOrLookupExisting, to make it clearer that it returns
a non-string for the case when the string is an array index. As another
drive-by, extract StringSet into a separate header.

This change enables automatic generation of Cast<> operators for
classes that are defined in Torque.
* Cast<> macros are generated for all classes that are defined in
Torque code that are neither shapes nor marked with a new
@doNotGenerateCast annotation.
* Implicitly generated Cast macros simply call through to an
internally-defined "DownCastForTorqueClass" macro that implements
the cast using one of three strategies for efficiency. If the class
has subclasses (i.e. a range of instance types including subtypes),
the DownCastForTorqueClass checks for inclusion in the instance type
range. If the class has a single instance type (i.e. no subclasses),
then either 1) a map check is used if the class has a globally-
defined map constant or 2) an equality check for the instance type
is used.
* Added new intrinsics to introspect class information, e.g. fetching
instance type ranges for a class, accessing the globally-defined map
for a class.
* Removed a whole pile of existing explicit Cast<> operators that are
no longer needed because of the implicitly generated Cast<> macros.
* Added tests for the new Cast<> implementations.

Currently, if d8 is run with the --turbo-profiling flag, it prints info
about every TurboFan-compiled function. This info includes the number of
times that each basic block in the function was run. It also includes
text representations of the function's schedule and code, so that the
person reading the output can associate counters with blocks of code.
The data about each function is currently stored in a
BasicBlockProfiler::Data instance, which is attached to a list owned by
the singleton BasicBlockProfiler. Each Data contains an
std::vector<uint32_t> which represents how many times each block in the
function has executed. The generated code for each block uses a raw
pointer into the storage of that vector to implement incrementing the
counter.
With this change, if you compile with v8_enable_builtins_profiling and
then run with --turbo-profiling, d8 will print that same info about
builtins too.
In order to generate code that can survive being serialized to a
snapshot and reloaded, this change uses counters in the JS heap instead
of a std::vector outside the JS heap. The steps for instrumentation are
as follows:
1. Between scheduling and instruction selection, add code to increment
the counter for each block. The counters array doesn't yet exist at
this point, and allocation is disallowed, so at this point the code
refers to a special marker value.
2. During finalization of the code, allocate a BasicBlockProfilingData
object on the JS heap containing data equivalent to what is stored in
BasicBlockProfiler::Data. This includes a ByteArray that is big
enough to store the counters for each block.
3. Patch the reference in the BuiltinsConstantsTableBuilder so that
instead of referring to the marker object, it now refers to this
ByteArray. Also add the BasicBlockProfilingData object to a list that
is attached to the heap roots so it can be easily accessed for
printing.
Because these steps include modifying the BuiltinsConstantsTableBuilder,
this procedure is only applicable to builtins. Runtime-generated code
still uses raw pointers into std::vector instances. In order to keep
divergence between these code paths to a minimum, most work is done
referring to instances of BasicBlockProfiler::Data (the C++ class), and
functions are provided to copy back and forth between that type and
BasicBlockProfilingData (the JS heap object).
This change is intended only to make --turbo-profiling work consistently
on more kinds of functions, but with some further work, this data could
form the basis for:
- code coverage info for fuzzers, and/or
- hot-path info for profile-guided optimization.

Summary of changes:
- GC visitors no longer rely on superclass visitors, but instead visit
everything themselves. This enables generating better code.
- Try to match simple body descriptors to reduce the amount of generated
code.
- Turn SizeFor(instance) into an AllocatedSize() method.
- Remove the special handling of resizable object sizes from Torque
and instead overwrite AllocatedSize in classes that need special
handling in C++.
- Split the visitor id lists depending on whether the class has pointer
fields.
- Turn Torque-generated body descriptors into an .inc file to
simplify includes.
- Fix generated size functions to properly align the size.
- Generate GC visitors (and C++ class definitions) for all string
classes and FixedArray, WeakFixedArray, and WeakArrayList.
- Store generated instance types in Torque class types. This is only
used to determine if a type has a single instance type in this CL.

We originally moved this protector to the native context to avoid
cross-native-context pollution of protector state. Ideally,
invalidating a protector in one NC should not affect any other NC.
But as it turns out, having the protector on the NC causes more
problems than it solves since all affected callers now need to find
the correct native context to check. Sometimes (e.g. in CSA regexp
builtins) it is possible to blindly check the current NC, but the
reasoning behind this optimization is tricky to understand.
Sometimes, fetching the correct NC is not possible due to access
restrictions. These implementation complexities outweigh the (unknown)
potential performance benefits.
In the future we should attempt to move away from the protector
concept for these kinds of checks.

The two refactorings are somewhat orthogonal, but intersect at the
class and instance type list generation, which is why it's easier to
put them in one CL.
For the removal of HasIndexedField, the removal is motivated by the
fact that is no longer necessary, and that using a flag to store this
kind of information is hacky.
For the class list changes, this is a cleanup in that we no longer
generate third-order macros, but instead normal macro lists.
There is a functional change and bug-fix in that we no longer include
abstract classes in lists that refer to instance types or maps. It's
still somewhat broken though, so I can't test abstract internal classes
yet, though. Coming in a follow-up CL.

In the process:
* Augment C++-generated Torque classes with SizeFor methods to
calculate size of instances.
* Add a new "@generateBodyDescriptor" annotation that causes Torque to
generate C++ BodyDescriptors code that can be used to visit objects
compatible with existing V8 mechanisms, e.g. GC
* Fully automate C++ macro machinery so that adding non-extern Torque
class doesn't require any C++ changes, including ensuring generation
of instance types and proper boilerplate for validators and
printers.
* Make handling of @export a true annotation, allowing the modifier to
be used on class declarations.
* Add functionality such that classes with the @export annotation are
available to be used from C++. Field accessors for exported classes
are public and factory methods are generated to create instances of
the objects from C++.
* Change the Torque compiler such that Non-exported classes implicitly
have the @generateBodyDescriptor annotation added and causes both
verifiers and printers to be generated.
* Switch non-extern Torque classes from using existing Struct-based
machinery to being first-class classes that support more existing
Torque class features.

This allows CoverageInfo to be distinguished from other kinds of
FixedArray at runtime. I also updated it to use untagged data since it
only stores ints, since that seems like the generally right thing to do
(even though I doubt anybody allocates enough of these to notice the
reduced GC work).
Related Torque changes:
- Allow structs containing untagged data to be used as class fields.
This requires classifying them into the tagged or untagged sections of
the class layout, and checking that their alignment requirements are
met when stored in a packed array.
- Generate a struct containing struct field offsets, so we can ensure
that the layouts defined in Torque and C++ code match. Of course it
would be nice to generate a lot more (indexed accessors, synchronized
accessors, GC visitors, etc.), but we can't do it all at once.

This adds a new API function that can be customized by the embedder
by providing a delegate that defines contexts to be measured and
reports the results to JS.
A memory measurement request is carried out as follows:
1) MeasureMemory(delegate) invocation enqueues a new request in
MemoryMeasurement::received_ and schedules a delayed GC task.
2) At the start of the next GC (that is triggered either by the
GC schedule or by the delayed task) each request in received_
moves to processing_. Per-context marking worklists are created
for each native context that was selected by the delegates
(using the ShouldMeasure predicate).
3) At the end of the GC the sizes of the native contexts are
recorded for each request in processing_. The requests move
to the done_ list and result reporting task is scheduled.
4) When the result reporting task runs it invokes the
MeasurementComplete function of each delegate in done_.

When V8 throws an uncaught exception, we store a JSMessageObject
with a stack trace and source positions on the isolate itself.
The JSMessageObject can be retrieved by a TryCatch scope
and is used by the inspector to provide additional information to the DevTools
frontend (besides the exception).
Introducing top-level await for REPL mode causes all thrown exceptions
to be turned into a rejected promise. The implicit catch block that does this
conversion clears the JSMessageObject from the isolate as to not leak memory.
This CL preserves the JSMessageObject when the debugger is active and stores
the JSMessageObject on the rejected promise itself. The inspector is changed
to retrieve the JSMessageObject in the existing catch handler and pass the
information along to the frontend.
Drive-by: This CL removes a inspector test that made assumptions when a promise
is cleaned up by the GC. These assumptions no longer hold since we hold on to
the promise longer.

PossiblyEmptyBuckets is now a word in the page header. If more bits
are needed than fit into a single word, an external bitmap is
allocated using AlignedAlloc. Storing this on the page header, allows

This CL allows the usage of 'await' without wrapping code in an async
function when using REPL mode in global evaluate. REPL mode evaluate
is changed to *always* return a Promise. The resolve value of the
promise is the completion value of the REPL script.
The implementation is based on two existing mechanisms:
- Similar to async functions, the content of a REPL script is
enclosed in a synthetic 'try' block. Any thrown error
is used to reject the Promise of the REPL script.
- The content of the synthetic 'try' block is also re-written the
same way a normal script is. This is, artificial assignments to
a ".result" variable are inserted to simulate a completion
value. The difference for REPL scripts is, that ".result" is
used to resolve the Promise of the REPL script.
- ".result" is not returned directly but wrapped in an object
literal: "{ .repl_result: .result}". This is done to prevent
resolved promises from being chained and resolved prematurely:
> Promse.resolve(42);
should evaluate to a promise, not 42.

Before this CL a byte was used per bucket to store whether the bucket
is possibly empty or not. This CL changes this such that each bucket
only needs a single bit.
PossiblyEmptyBuckets is now a word in the page header. If more bits
are needed than fit into a single word, an external bitmap is
allocated using AlignedAlloc. Storing this on the page header, allows
to remove initial_buckets from the SlotSet. The SlotSet allocation is
then again a power-of-2 in release mode.

This change begins making use of the fact that Torque now knows about
the relationship between classes and instance types, to replace a few
repetitive lists:
- Instance type checkers (single and range), defined in
src/objects/instance-type.h
- Verification dispatch in src/diagnostics/objects-debug.cc
- Printer dispatch in src/diagnostics/objects-printer.cc
- Postmortem object type detection in
tools/debug_helper/get-object-properties.cc
Torque is updated to generate four macro lists for the instance types,
representing all of the classes separated in two dimensions: classes
that correspond to a single instance type versus those that have a
range, and classes that are fully defined in Torque (with fields and
methods inside '{}') versus those that are only declared. The latter
distinction is useful because fully-defined classes are guaranteed to
correspond to real C++ classes, whereas only-declared classes are not.
A few other changes were required to make the lists above work:
- Renamed IsFiller to IsFreeSpaceOrFiller to better reflect what it does
and avoid conflicts with the new macro-generated IsFiller method. This
is the part I'm most worried about: I think the new name is an
improvement for clarity and consistency, but I could imagine someone
typing IsFiller out of habit and introducing a bug. If we'd prefer to
keep the name IsFiller, my other idea is to rename FreeSpace to
VariableSizeFiller and Filler to FixedSizeFiller.
- Made Tuple3 extend from Struct, not Tuple2, because IsTuple2 is
expected to check for only TUPLE2_TYPE and not include TUPLE3_TYPE.
- Normalized the dispatched behavior for BigIntBase and HeapNumber.
- Added a few new object printers.

The native context used an empty function scope info. This is inconsistent with the fact the native context has an extension slot, since the empty function scope info doesn't have the extension slot flag set.
This CL creates a scope info dedicated for the native context with the flag set.

This function was only used for the write barrier since the store
buffer only stored slots and needed a way to get to the object's start.
Now that we insert into the remembered set directly from the write
barrier this isn't an issue anymore: the write barrier knows the
object start.

The natives blob was deprecated in V8 7.8. This CL removes all related
functionality, including:
- Build system support, i.e.: generation of natives_blob.bin and the
v8_extra_library_files gn flag.
- Related scripts (js2c.py, concatenate-files.py).
- Related API functions (SetNativesDataBlob,
InitializeExternalStartupData).
- Natives bootstrapping logic.
- The InternalArray type (previously exposed through natives).
- Other natives-exposed builtins.
- Inlining of these builtins.
- The dedicated 'uncached external one byte string' type.
Step 1 landed in https://crrev.com/c/1824944.
Step 2 landed in https://crrev.com/c/1835536.
Step 3 (this CL) removes these all functionality related to natives

This is a reland of c7c47c68f2.
This makes TSAN happy in addition to:
Previously I presumed that the context read from a frame in the profiler was
a valid context. Turns out that on non-intel we're not guaranteed that the
frame is properly set up. In the case we looked at, the profiler took a
sample right before writing the frame marker indicating a builtin frame,
causing the "context" pointer from that frame to be a bytecode array. Since
we'll read random garbage on the stack as a possible context pointer, I made
the code reading the native context from it a little more defensive.

Design doc:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ZU6rCvF2YHBGMLujWqqaxlPsjFfjKDE9C3-EugfdlAE/edit
Changes from the design doc:
- Changed to use 'class' declarations rather than 'type' declarations
for things that need instance types but whose layout is not known to
Torque. These declarations end with a semicolon rather than having a
full set of methods and fields surrounded by {}. If the class's name
should not be treated as a class name in generated output (because
it's actually a template, or doesn't exist at all), we use the
standard 'generates' clause to declare the most appropriate C++ class.
- Removed @instanceTypeName.
- @highestInstanceType became @highestInstanceTypeWithinParentClassRange
to indicate a semantic change: it no longer denotes the highest
instance type globally, but only within the range of values for its
immediate parent class. This lets us use it for Oddball, which is
expected to be the highest primitive type.
- Added new abstract classes JSCustomElementsObject and JSSpecialObject
to help with some range checks.
- Added @lowestInstanceTypeWithinParentClassRange so we can move the new
classes JSCustomElementsObject and JSSpecialObject to the beginning of
the JSObject range. This seems like the least-brittle way to establish
ranges that also include JSProxy (and these ranges are verified with
static assertions in instance-type.h).
- Renamed @instanceTypeValue to @apiExposedInstanceTypeValue.
- Renamed @instanceTypeFlags to @reserveBitsInInstanceType.
This change introduces the new annotations and adds the ability for
Torque to assign instance types that satisfy those annotations. Torque
now emits two new macros:
- TORQUE_ASSIGNED_INSTANCE_TYPES, which is used to define the
InstanceType enumeration
- TORQUE_ASSIGNED_INSTANCE_TYPE_LIST, which replaces the non-String
parts of INSTANCE_TYPE_LIST
The design document mentions a couple of other macro lists that could
easily be replaced, but I'd like to defer those to a subsequent checkin
because this one is already pretty large.

In preparation for allowing Torque to generate the list of instance

types are spelled. This CL is my proposal for a system where every
non-String instance type name is exactly equal to calling
CapifyStringWithUnderscores on the corresponding class name and
appending "_TYPE".
This change is almost all find&replace; the only manual changes are in:

Double field unboxing optimization is incompatible with pointer compression so
we land this CL before enabling pointer compression in order to separate memory
and performance regressions caused by disabled double field unboxing from
pointer compression change.

Premonomorphic state was only used for store globals to handle contextual
store on a global object [1]. We now handle these differently and we
move to fast handlers even without going through premonomorphic state
after this cl: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/1807356.
Also, with lazy feedback this would be a relatively uncommon case anyway.
So, we no longer need premonomorphic state. This cl removes this state
entirely.

Split OLD_TO_NEW remembered set and add OLD_TO_NEW_SWEEPING. The
OLD_TO_NEW remembered set is moved to OLD_TO_NEW_SWEEPING during
mark-compact. OLD_TO_NEW_SWEEPING is then modified by the sweeper.
Before using the page again, OLD_TO_NEW and OLD_TO_NEW_SWEEPING are
merged again.
This means only the main thread modifies OLD_TO_NEW, the sweeper only
removes entries from OLD_TO_NEW_SWEEPING. We can use this property
to make accesses non-atomic in a subsequent CL.

Create canonical ScopeInfos for the global this binding and empty function in
the read only space, rather than creating them during bootstrapping for each
native context. This saves some memory, and also means we don't need to access
the native context to get the global this binding in when deserializing a
scope info, which is important since parsing should be native context independent.

Previously, this was run as a microtask and this CL changes it to run
as a separate task as mandated by the current WeakRef spec.
This CL also introduces a FinalizationGroup type to the V8 API
representing the JSFinalizationGroup. This has a `Cleanup`
function that runs the cleanup callback associated with it.
SetHostCleanupFinalizationGroupCallback is added to set
the embedder defined HostCleanupFinalizationGroupCallback.
ClearKeptObject is exposed on the v8::Isolate to reset the strongly
held set of objects.
The general workflow is the following:
(a) When the GC notices that a given finalization group has dirty
cells, it calls HostCleanupFinalizationGroupCallback with the given
finalization group.
(b) As part of HostCleanupFinalizationGroupCallback, the embedder
enqueues a task that at some point later calls
FinalizationGroup::Cleanup.
(c) At some point in the future, FinalizationGroup::Cleanup is called,
which runs the cleanup callback of the finalization group.
This patch also includes d8 changes to use these new APIs. Currently,
d8 cycles through the enqueued finalization groups after a synchronous
turn (and it's microtask checkpoint) and runs the cleanup callbacks.
