151e514930 Simplify installing concurrently recompiled code. 
Instead of overwriting the code entry of the function, we trigger
an interrupt to install the code on the main thread.

ebd4b61f38 Add access check for observed objects 
This change is mostly straightforward: for 'normal' sorts of change records,
simply don't deliver a changeRecord to a given observer callback if an access
the callback's Context is not allowed to "GET" or "HAS" changeRecord.name on
changeRecord.object, or if ACCESS_KEYS is disallowed.

For 'splice' records, the question of whether to hand it to an observer is trickier, since
there are multiple properties involved, and multiple types of possible information leakage.
Given that access-checked objects are very rare (only two in Blink, Window and Location),
and that they are not normally used as Arrays, it seems better to simply not emit any splice
records for such objects rather than spending lots of logic to attempt to avoid information
leakage for something that may never happen.

788811244e Eliminate intentional conversion from Smi to Int32 in HMul 
If not all uses of arithmetic binary operation can be truncated to Smi, check if they can be truncated to Int32 which could avoid minus zero check

Fixed DoMulI on X64 to adopt correct operand size when the representation is Smi

Fixed DoMulI on ARM. Constant right operand optimization is based on Integer 32 instead of its representation.

3e4fbd0e85 Mark HStringCompareAndBranch as potentially causing GCs. 
This also adds a %SetAllocationTimout runtime function which helps to
write regression tests that need to trigger a GC at a certain point in
program execution.

9d9930ce99 Migrate instance of deprecated maps in HCheckMaps. 
Currently only direct map checks are supported. Otherwise only polymorphic cases with a generic fallback behave properly, regular polymorphic cases still need to be adapted.

682a0d65c6 Deprecate v8::V8::Pause/ResumeProfiler 
The methods were added to the public API in r1185 when Chrome DevTools were using the same output as produced for tick processor when --prof option is specified.

I don't see any existing clients of these methods and since they add a noticeable complexity to the profiler code I'd like to remove them.

3eded2c06c Fix %NeverOptimizeFunction runtime call. 
The current usage of this runtime function is broken as it does not
prevent inlining of the affected function but rather bails out from the
whole unit of compilation after trying to inline affected functions.
This simplifies said runtime function to avoid accidental misuse.

This patch enables objects to undergo a single transition when they become observed, avoiding the need to create a new map for every observed objects.

Observed objects which become unobserved does not cause another map transition and unobserved does not clear the observed bit on the map. The unobserved object.

51f3e2f055 Do not use weak handles for ArrayBuffers. 
Instead of allocating weak handles to free ArrayBuffer backing store, dispose of memory while walking the weak list of ArrayBuffers on GC.

Also, free all array buffers on isolate tear-down.

f8fc5c443e Allow running mjsunit/manual-parallel-recompile on single-core systems. 
- Add an %IsParallelSupported() builtin function to  make possible to check support of parallel processing from JavaScripts.
- Change the test script that if parallel recompilation is forced on a single core CPU, expect that it won't be recompiled in parallel.
- Change the  JSFunction::MarkForParallelRecompilation() to fall back gracefully if parallel recompilation is not supported.

This patch both speeds up the freeze operation itself, but also
allows properties to remain in fast mode. Objects with non-empty
elements backing stores still end up with slow elements.

Relanding r14758 and r14759 with fix for Test262: only mark properties
and elements READ_ONLY if they are not JS setter/getters. Tightened up
tests to assert frozen-ness, and added targeted tests for the new code
(covering accessors).

3f09e0a3d8 Remove separate maps for function instances 
ES3 specified that functions created via Function() would have
enumerable prototypes, unlike function literals.  For this reason, V8
has always had two prototypes for functions: "function_map" for
literals, and "function_instance_map" for "function instances": those
functions created by Function().

However, since 2009 or so, both maps have been the same!  Both have had
writable, non-enumerable prototypes.  Moreover, ES5 changed to specify
that function instances would have non-enumerable prototypes.

This patch removes the separate maps for function instances in sloppy
and strict mode.
