All standard containers provide a method named {empty} to check whether
the container is empty. On {base::Vector}, that method is named
{is_empty}, while {empty} is an unused factory method for creating an
empty {Vector}.
This CL renames {is_empty} to {empty} and removes the unused factory
method.

Previously when lazy source positions were enabled, source positions
were immediately collected whenever an exception was thrown for every
frame in the stack trace.
This change makes source position collection trigger only when the
source positions of a stack frame are actually accessed with the
exception of the top frame which is still eagerly collected for now.
Additionally when stack overflows occur during source position
collection, the bytecode is marked with exception in the
source_position_table field so it can be distinguished from the case
where source position collection has never been attempted (undefined)
or is not desired because the bytecode is for natives
(empty_byte_array).

When VTune JIT support is enabled, the WasmEngine of an Isolate tries to
enable code logging by EnableCodeLogging() method. This multithreaded
method requires a Mutex for safety. However, as the WasmEngine is not
created, the Mutex of it is not initialized. An attempt of acquiring
this Mutex results in an error. The bug is fixed by creating WasmEngine
before it enables code logging.

This takes heap-inl.h out of the "Giant Include Cluster".
Naturally, that means adding a bunch of explicit includes
in a bunch of places that relied on transitively including
them before.
As of this patch, no header file outside src/heap/ includes

Creating the LogCodesTask and adding the code objects to it adds 10-20%
to Liftoff compilation time. Thus cache whether code logging is needed
per isolate, and avoid the overhead if that flag is false.

Simplify the internal state of Sampler a bit. There are basically two
users of Sampler - the CpuSampler used by the CpuProfiler and the
Ticker used by log.cc. Ticker calls Start/Stop to manage the Sampler
lifetime, but CpuProfiler does not. This leads to much confusion and
overlap of functionality.
Fix that here by removing the distinction between active, registered
and isProfiling states. These are now all the same thing and are
represented by IsActive(). The state is set to active when Start is
called, and set inactive when Stop is called. Both users of Sampler
now call Start and Stop at appropriate times.
The concept of profiling depth was not used - each Sampler would
only ever have a sampling depth of 1. We still need to call
SignalHandler::IncreaseSamplerCount(), so we do that in Start
and the corresponding DecreaseSamplerCount() in Stop.

When logging with --logfile-per-isolate, we use isolate addresses
to disambiguate. However, it often happens that the isolate addresses
are identical for different renderers, so we corrupt the log files.
This CL adds pid to the log filename when --logfile-per-isolate is on.

Only log incrementally deserialized maps with --trace-maps instead of
iterating the whole heap and print all existing maps on every partial
deserialization for new contexts. This should greatly improve
performance of --trace-maps on websites with many iframes.

GCC 7.x doesn't like it (-Werror=subobject-linkage) when a class
either derives from a class or has a member field of a type that
was declared in an anonymous namespace.
It is also opposed (-Werror=attributes) to visibility attributes
being defined at explicit template instantiations.
GCC 8.x further has reservations (-Werror=class-memaccess) about
letting memset/memcpy modify areas within non-POD objects.

This always creates the bytecode handlers as part of the builtins table
regardless of the V8_EMBEDDED_BYTECODE_HANDLERS definition.
Lazy deserialization of bytecode handlers is enabled for this flow by
moving the three lazy bytecode deserializers from the strong roots into
the builtins table (ensuring that they not marked lazy themselves).
To simplify lazy deserialization, the illegal bytecode handler is made
non-lazy so that GetAndMaybeDeserializeBytecodeHandler doesn't to know
about it.
Since the bytecode handlers are now always part of the builtins table,
many bytecode specific methods are removed, including logging and in
BuiltinsSerializer and BuiltinsDeserializer.
Removes setup-interpreter.h, setup-interpreter-internal.cc and
builtin-snapshot-utils.*.

If profiling is done with --log-source-code profview will now display
a "View source" link for each function in the tree view. Clicking this
will show a new source viewer, with sampled lines highlighted. See the
associated bug for screenshots.
This patch also fixes a bug in the profiler where the source info of
only the first code object for each function would be logged, and
includes some refactoring.

Log::MessageBuilder was already escaping most unsafe characters when
they were being logged, but plain backslashes were not. Merely updating
the existing escaping path was not sufficient, as recursion would cause
escape codes to be doubly escaped. This patches refactors the API to
ensure incoming text is escaped exactly once.

Previously we used the start address of the AbstractCode object. This
doesn't make sense for off-heap builtins, where the code isn't contained
in the object itself. It also hides other potential problems - sometimes
the sample.pc is inside the AbstractCode object header - this is
never valid.
There were a few changes necessary to make this happen:
- Change the interface of CodeMoveEvent. Now 'to' and 'from' are both
AbstractCode objects, which is nice because many users were taking
'to' and adding the header offset to it to try and find the
instruction start address. This isn't valid for off-heap builtins.
- Fix a bug in CodeMap::MoveCode where we didn't update the CodeEntry
object to reflect the new instruction_start.
- Rename the 'start' field in all of the CodeEventRecord sub-classes
to make it clear that this is the address of the first instruction.
- Fix the confusion in RecordTickSample between 'tos' and 'pc' which
caused pc_offset to be calculated incorrectly.
