Mathias Bynens	c6a16c10dd	[test] Add %PrepareForOptimization to even more tests ... With bytecode flushing and lazy feedback allocation, we need to call %PrepareForOptimization before we call %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall, ideally after declaring the function.
