af7ae7882d [wasm] Remove wrong DCHECK
Empty function bodies can actually reach the compiler. We could prevent
this by making this a decoder error instead, but that would be a
redundant check, so we should just remove the DCHECK instead.

9d6f96c187 [wasm] Prepare tests for flipping the wasm-bigint flag
We want to enable the wasm-bigint implementation by default. However,
at the moment there exist several tests which fail when wasm-bigint
gets enabled. With this CL we adjust or delete these tests so that they
pass once wasm-bigint gets enabled. At the same time we disable these
tests for now, and re-enable them in the CL that flips the flag.

421fd3929d [wasm] Rename {Get,Set,Tee}Local to Local{Get,Set,Tee}
This brings our constants back in line with the changed spec text. We
already use kExprTableGet and kExprTableSet, but for locals and globals
we still use the old wording.

This renaming is mostly mechanical.

PS1 was created using:
ag -l 'kExpr(Get|Set|Tee)Local' src test | \
  xargs -L1 sed -E 's/kExpr(Get|Set|Tee)Local\b/kExprLocal\1/g' -i

PS2 contains manual fixes.

eb1d2d7098 [wasm] Make error messages deterministic
Compilation only stores whether an error has been found, but not the
exact error or it's location. This is generated by running a validation
pass once all wire bytes have been received.
This unifies error messages by removing one more location where we
generate compilation error messages, and makes it deterministic because
a) we always report the error in the first failing function, and
b) if names are present, the error message will always contain the
   function name.

Happened already 2 builds earlier, but the output is corrupted due to
an outage.

a9e93572d4 [test] Check for illegal uses of mjsunit methods
The assertThrows and assertDoesNotThrow methods expect either a
function to execute, or a string to eval. In several tests however we
accidentally passed the *result* of the statement to be tested instead
of the code.
This CL adds check to catch such error early, and removes wrong uses.
In most places, we do not need to use assertDoesNotThrow anyway,
because exceptions are handled as test failures.

Drive-by: Unify catch syntax in mjsunit.js and make sure to propagate
MjsUnitAssertionErrors correctly.
