a05abda445 Set OS=android via GYP_DEFINES 
Otherwise, the variable isn't available in all scopes. Instead of playing around
with nested scopes, we just set it in GYP_DEFINES (same as chromium does)

cb7645b43b Enable shared library on android 
This change fixed link errors in building shared library
for android. crtbegin_so.o is added to resolve dso_handle
and exclude-libs option is removed for shared library.
