099f438647 [test] Fix assertOptimized function name printing
In assertOptimized and assertUnoptimized, we can optionally pass in the
function name. We also used to pass in an optional 'sync' parameter, to
decide whether to wait for background compilations to finish before
checking state.

The sync parameter was removed in favour of explicit intrinsics, so fix
callers of assertOptimized to no longer try to set it. Also, use
function.name as the function name when no name was passed.

f8e7c7ad7a [turbofan] Generalize optimization on CallWithArrayLike when target is Math.min/max
With this change, ReduceJSCallMathMinMaxWithArrayLike will work on both PACKED_DOUBLE_ELEMENTS and HOLEY_DOUBLE_ELEMETNS kind.

It will also work when the opcode of arguments_list is JSCreateEmptyLiteralArray to deal with following use cases.

    var array = [];
    array.push(num1); // add elements
    array.push(num2);
    console.log(Math.min.apply(Math, array));

cfc4a2d16e Reland^2 "[turbofan] Optimize rab/gsab-backed TypedArrays and DataViews"

SLVerifier and updates the Verifier to check that Int32Constant and
Int64Constant are correctly typed with Type::Machine().

7eb43bf494 [turbofan] Decompose CheckBigInt64 and make it precise
This CL solves two problems:

- Eliminating redundant CheckBigInt/CheckBigInt64 by decomposing
  CheckBigInt64 to CheckBigInt and CheckedBigIntToBigInt64.
- Having precise checks for SignedBigInt64 to make the range of BigInt64
  consistent in CheckedBigInt64Ops and CheckedBigIntToBigInt64.
Otherwise, there would be semantic difference between the subgraphs
where we keep CheckBigInt64 inbetween two CheckedBigInt64Ops (e.g.,
the variant assert_types) and the subgraphs where we eliminate the
  checks.

bd590292b3 [turbofan] Optimize rab/gsab-backed TypedArrays and DataViews
This CL adds TurboFan optimizations for length and element access
of TypedArrays and DataViews that are rab/gsab-backed.

To enable this optimization, this CL builds the necessary machinery
required to allow machine operators at the front of the pipeline
(before simplified lowering). Some key changes to allow this are:
 - Introduce Type::Machine() to allow the typer and the verifier to
provide a type to those machine operators in parts of the pipeline
that require nodes to be typed.
 - Add EnterMachineGraph and ExitMachineGraph operators that define
the boundary between early machine graphs and the normal graph with
   JS semantics.
 - Give Branch operators a BranchSemantics parameter to distinguish
between machine branches (condition is a machine level value) and
JS branches (condition is a JS boolean value) and have phases that
handle branches decide on the branch's semantics based on this
parameter instead of the position in the pipeline.
 - Extend SimplifiedLowering and SimplifiedLoweringVerifier to handle
machine graphs. In particular, constants required special handling,
because they are cached in the graph but they may have uses in both
a machine and the JS graph, which prevents consistent typing of
   them.
 - Moved lots of logic from JSCallReducerAssembler into
[JS]GraphAssembler such that functionality can be shared between
   different phases (e.g. JSNativeContextSpecialization and
JSCallReducer need to generate logic to compute a TypedArray's
byte length). Extended assembler interface in general with
   additional TNode<> overloads.

70d665026d [turbofan] Fix a false positive in SLVerifier for TypeGuards
TypeGuard nodes interpret their inputs to be of a given type, which
might not be reflected in the graph and hence may lead to a type
conflict being reported by the Simplified Lowering Verifier. This
CL adds an additional SLVerifierHint node to preserve this type
information for the verification step.

76fa9a8b82 [ic] Replace runtime with builtins for BigInt operations
This CL exposes BigInt binary operation builtins to the interpreter and fixes the return type of the external c calls to avoid unexpected behavior on Windows. The original return type was bool which would marshal to Windows BOOL (of the same size as int) causing the return value always being true if there is garbage in upper bits. Changing bool to int32 solves the problem.

98c6c367b5 Reland "[turbofan] Rematerialize BigInt64 in deopt"
This is a reland of commit 80fb281561

This CL fixes the signedness of rematerialized Numbers from immediates, which was introduced by the original change. Besides, BigInt truncation to zero bits is lowered to Int64Constant instead of NumberConstant of zero, which will flow into the state values directly.

Original change's description:
> [turbofan] Rematerialize BigInt64 in deopt
>
> This CL introduces two MachineTypes - SignedBigInt64 and UnsignedBigInt64, which are represented as Word64 but will be rematerialized to BigInt in deoptimization. This will avoid unnecessary conversions for BigInt64s when they are passed to StateValues.

bdac0ff059 [turbofan] Avoid deopt loop for GetIterator of null / undefined
GetIterator on object o consists of two steps:
1) iter = load o[#Symbol.Iterator]
2) call iter

For null / undefined step (1) throws an exception, meaning
step (2) is never reached. Up to this change, turbofan
deopts if for either of the two steps there isn't enough
feedback, meaning that we have a deopt loop for null and
undefined.

319af35d1d [mjsunit] assertEquals: Assert equality of non-enumerable properties too
assertEquals() compares objects by comparing each property for both
objects. This was done by using Object.keys() which however only returns
enumerable properties.
With this change also non-enumerable properties are compared.

Still, the comparison doesn't require the properties to be equal.
So, if one property is marked enumerable in one object but not the
other, the objects would still be considered equal.
This could be adapted in a follow-up CL if desired.
The prototype is still ignored for the comparison.

d89d185fad [fastcall] expose wasm memory to cfunction
Load current Memory start/size off of the wasm instance when entering
fast calls, so they can use that info for whatever they need to do.
Fast calls from JS set the memory to null, and the memory does not
need to be piped from wasm to slow callbacks as wasm always calls
the fast function.
