Introduces ThrowReferenceErrorIfHole / ThrowSuperNotCalledIfHole
/ ThrowSuperAlreadyCalledIfNotHole bytecodes to handle hole checks.
In the bytecode-graph builder they are handled by introducing a deopt point
instead of adding explicit control flow. JumpIfNotHole / JumpIfNotHoleConstant
bytecodes are removed since they are no longer required.

Unfortunately, even for an empty generator, we still use 8 register for various things (try-finally, copies of generator object, parser-introduced temporaries). I will try to get rid of these in separate CLs.
Changes:
- SuspendGenerator bytecode now takes register list to save.
- ResumeGenerator was split into two bytecodes:
* Resume generator reads the state out and marks the generator as
'executing'.
* RestoreGeneratorRegisters reloads the registers from
the generator.
+ this required adding support for output register list.
- Introduced generator_object_ register in the bytecode generator.
* in subsequent CLs, I will make better use of it, the goal is
to get rid if the .generator_object local variable.
- Taught register optimizer to flush unassigned registers.

Most prototype implementations are not fully supported in the
interpreter. This is the case at least for exception handling, simd, and
atomics. Any function can be redirected to the interpreter though,
either by passing --wasm-interpret-all, or by dynamically redirecting to
the interpreter for debugging.
Making the flags experimental keeps the fuzzer from playing around with
these flags.
Drive-by: Refactor tests which explicitly set the prototype flag to use
a new scope for that.

of a wasm module as an input, potentially split into multiple

used for streaming compilation. That's where the interface
comes from, see

Instead of dynamically tracking the block nesting, precompute the
information statically.
The interpreter was already using a side table to store the pc diff for
each break, conditional break and others. The information needed to
adjust the stack was tracked dynamically, however. This CL also
precomputes this information, as it is statically known.
Instead of just storing the pc diff in the side table, we now store the
pc diff, the stack height diff and the arity of the target block.
Local measurements show speedups of 5-6% on average, sometimes >10%.

When the incoming value to ChangeFloat64ToTagged is in Smi range, we
represent it as Smi instead of a HeapNumber. This addresses a range of
problems where TurboFan unnecessarily deoptimizes because an operation
learned Smi feedback in Ignition, but was then confronted with a tagged
HeapNumber in TurboFan, just because the value was also represented as
unboxed double somewhere in the meantime.

Adds a collection of call bytecodes which have an implicit undefined
receiver argument, for cases such as global calls where we know that the
receiver has to be undefined. This way we can skip an LdaUndefined,
decrease bytecode register pressure, and set a more accurate
ConvertReceiverMode on the interpreter and TurboFan call.
As a side effect, the "normal" Call bytecode now becomes a rare case
(only with calls and super property calls), so we get rid of its 0-2
argument special cases and modify CallProperty[N] to use the
NotNullOrUndefined ConvertReceiverMode.

a check for that.
Imported and exported names were already checked before.
In order to use the {consume_string} function from the
WasmSectionIterator, it moved it out of the ModuleDecoder into the
anonymous namespace. It now also gets a name for the string to be

- Refactor constructors for perfect forwarding; this will allow us to
implement Result<std::unique_ptr<X*>>.
- Refactor Decoder::toResult for perfect forwarding.
- Remove output operators (operator<<) for Result; it was only used in
the error case anyway. Print error message directly instead.
The operator was problematic since it assumed the existence of an
output operator for every T which is used in Result<T>.
- Remove ModuleError and FunctionError, introduce general static

This gives us more precise type information, so we can avoid some type
guards to refine the type information back.
The motivation for this is to help escape analysis by not introducing
redundant type guards (which escape analysis cannot handle yet even
though it could and should do).
Motivating example:
In the example below, the out-of-object property array for properties
fld5 and fld6 gets type Any when it is created by "o.fld5 = 5" (for
object literals, we store 4 properties in-objeca, the rest goes out
of object).
When we run load elimination for the load the out-of-object property
array (to store 6 into o.fld6), load elimination inserts TypeGuard to
enforce the Type::Internal() type. This makes escape analysis bail out
on this object, and we do not eliminate the object creation.
function f() {
var o = {};
o.fld1 = 1;
o.fld2 = 2;
o.fld3 = 3;
o.fld4 = 4;
o.fld5 = 5;
o.fld6 = 6;
}
f();

In the C++ wasm interpreter, we decode LEB encoded immediates each time
we execute the respective instruction. The whole instruction sequence
was validated before, thus we know that all integers are valid.
This CL refactors several Decoder methods to allow for either checked
or unchecked decoding. In the checked case, an error is set if a check
fails, in the unchecked case, a DCHECK will fail.
This improves performance of the interpreter by 20.5%.

incremented the pc pointer accordingly.
This CL implements consume_leb by using checked_read_leb.
It also refactors a few things:
1) It removes error_pt, which was only avaible in checked_read_leb.
2) It renames the error method to errorf, since it receives a format
string. This also avoids a name clash.
3) It implements sign extension directly in checked_read_leb instead of
doing this in the caller.

it for comparisons with undefined on both side of the compare operation.

The parameter indices are shifted by 1 in BytecodeArrayBuilder
because the receiver is variable at index 0 and not -1.
Split BytecodeArrayBuilder::Parameter(index) method into
Receiver() (same as Parameter(-1)) and
Parameter(index).
This way we avoid confusing (index+1) counting in BytecodeGenerator().

- Introduce new struct AsyncGeneratorRequest, which holds
information pertinent to resuming execution of an
AsyncGenerator, such as the Promise associated with the async
generator request. It is intended to be used as a singly
linked list, and holds a pointer to the next item in te queue.
- Introduce JSAsyncGeneratorObject (subclass of
JSGeneratorObject), which includes several new internal fields
(`queue` which contains a singly linked list of
AsyncGeneratorRequest objects, and `await_input` which
contains the sent value from an Await expression (This is
necessary to prevent function.sent (used by yield*) from
having the sent value observably overwritten during
execution).
- Modify SuspendGenerator to accept a set of Flags, which
indicate whether the suspend is for a Yield or Await, and
whether it takes place on an async generator or ES6
generator.
- Introduce interpreter intrinsics and TF intrinsic lowering for
accessing the await input of an async generator
- Modify the JSGeneratorStore operator to understand whether or
not it's suspending for a normal yield, or an AsyncGenerator
Await. This ensures appropriate registers are stored.
- Add versions of ResumeGeneratorTrampoline which store the
input value in a different field depending on wether it's an
AsyncGenerator Await resume, or an ordinary resume. Also modifies
whether debug code will assert that the generator object is a
JSGeneratorObject or a JSAsyncGeneratorObject depending on the
resume type.

Currently, V8 uses the same counter to collect decoding time for both asm.js and
WASM. This separates the function decoding counter into two separate counters,
and then uses the appropriate counter when decoding a module.

A std::deque interacts badly with zone memory in that it allocates chunks
of memory for the back of the queue and frees memory from the front of the
queue. As such we never reuse zone memory for the queue. Implement a very
simple RecyclingZoneAllocator which keeps a single block of memory from
deallocation that can be reused on allocation.
Also clean up zone-allocator a bit and make it use proper Chromium coding
style.

Besides adding accessors get_origin() and set_origin(), it creates easier test
accessors is_wasm() and is_asm_js().
This allows the possibility of caching boolean flags for is_wasm() and
is_asm_js() without having to change any code except for the files containing
the class definition for WasmModule.
