We also initialize the Isolate on creation.

This should allow for getting rid of the last remaining default isolate
traces. Also, it'll speed up several isolate related operations that no
longer require locks.

Embedders that relied on v8::Isolate to return an uninitialized Isolate
(so they can set ResourceConstraints for example, or set flags that
modify the way the isolate is created) should either do the setup before
creating the isolate, or use the recently added CreateParams to pass e.g.
ResourceConstraints.

1f776a07a6 Reland "More lazy deoptimization in Turbofan (binops, loads/stores)" 
This relands commit r23029 + adds missing lazy deopts for JSAdd operator inside VisitForInStatement. The added lazy deopt still refers to a bogus bailout id, but at least the graphs can be scheduled.

d04a7d6d91 More lazy deoptimization in Turbofan (binops, loads/stores) 
Deoptimizing binory operations, (Load|Store)(Property|Named),
constructors.

This also fixes safepoint lookup to account for lazily deoptimized code.

a4506cd3f2 Move platform abstraction to base library 
Also split v8-core independent methods from checks.h to base/logging.h and
merge v8checks with the rest of checks.

The CPU::FlushICache method is moved to CpuFeatures::FlushICache

RoundUp and related methods are moved to base/macros.h

Remove all layering violations from src/libplatform

56a486c322 Use full include paths everywhere 
- this avoids using relative include paths which are forbidden by the style guide
- makes the code more readable since it's clear which header is meant
- allows for starting to use checkdeps

53310ac152 Added a version of the v8::HandleScope constructor with an Isolate and use that consistently. 
I tried to limit the use of v8::Isolate::GetCurrent() and v8::internal::Isolate::Current() as much as possible, but sometimes this would have involved restructuring tests quite a bit, which is better left for a separate CL.

4b4b3a4da7 Add kAbortIncrementalMarkingMask flag for GC. 
This adds an additional flag to control whether incremental marking
should be aborted when requesting a GC, providing a finer granularity
between kNoGCFlags and kMakeHeapIterableMask.

8a7f1568c4 Ensure that we do a non-incremental GC before relying on weak handle callbacks. 
Previously, some tests failed when being run with a low GC interval. This was
caused by a switch of the GC to incremental marking mode, which in turn did not
fire any callbacks for weak global handles. Now we make sure that we run in
non-incremental mode, although via a slightly misleading GC flag.

We should probably review the uses of PerformScavenge() and gc() in our tests to
see if they actually mean "make sure our callbacks fired".

4e18d50834 Add constant splitting for user controlled constants in the full compiler 
This is IA32 only for now.

Added a random value to each assembler instance (JIT cookie) to be used for constant splitting. Added safe versions of setting a register with an immediate value and for pushing an immediate value. Used these functions where user controlled immediate values could be emitted in the code stream. I also used it for immediates which are an argument number even though the number of formal arguments is currently limited to 16k.

I found no compares directly with user controlled constants.

I am not sure whether the test is that useful, but it might catch some changes missing constant splitting.

1528bf7240 Never use classic code generator. 
Crankshaft is now the default on all platforms. This is the first
patch on the way to removing the classic code generator from the
system.
