3edf54337a [compiler] Rename --turboprop-dynamic-map-checks
... to --turbo-dynamic-map-checks. With the upcoming use in NCI code,
this feature is no longer used exclusively by Turboprop.

545e9dc58e [Turboprop] Only enable dynamic map checks for TurboProp.
The dynamic map check builtin loads the feedback vector from the
function's frame, therefore it doesn't work if we inline the
function. We don't do inlining on TurboProp so this is fine, but
it was possible to enable dynamic map checks on TurboFan which does.

This change prevents that, and also makes the dynamic map checks flag
specific to TurboProp and no longer an implication, which also allos
it to be switched on the command line independenly of --turboprop.

58164026fe [turboprop] Fix type info to also expect Smi for double data-field loads
An earlier cl:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/2354810 fixed loading
double fields with dynamic map checks. The fix however didn't update the
expected type information to also expect Smi fields. So, in the later
optimization phases the CheckHeapObject operation was reduced to a NoP
since the expected type was a HeapObject. This cl fixes the bug by
updating the type to Type::Any.

3551cac6da [turboprop] For double data fields check loaded value is HeapNumber
With in-place representation changes we can transition from a double
field to a Tagged field without changing the map. So it is not always
safe to assume the loaded value would be a HeapNumber. TurboFan takes a
dependency on the field representation to ensure the code is deoptimized
on any changes. With dynamic map checks, it is not possible to take such
a dependency. Hence check the loaded value is a HeapNumber and
deoptimize otherwise.
