Eliminate special keyed load string stub in favor of uniform handlers.
...
KeyedLoadIC installs a special case if the receiver is a string.
Although there are several maps for strings, in practice we seem to
be able to treat them individually because a given KeyedLoad site
only sees 1-2 string types.

Arm64: Fix check errors on Arm64 debug after r21177.
...
r21177 added extra AssertStackConsistency() checks which
increased code size on debug and caused the assembler buffer
to be too large. Increased some of these buffers to
compensate.
Also, ProfileEntryHoolStub could use the wrong number of
instructions for kProfileEntryHookCallSize depending upon
whether debug code was being emitted or ALWAYS_ALIGN_CSP was
enabled. Fixed this by taking ALWAYS_ALIGN_CSP into account
and ensuring that no debug code is emitted during
MaybeCallEntryHook().

Semantics of elements accessors are now preserved in all optimized code paths

Function calls are handled with a LoadIC and a FunctionCallStub. This works well, but we can create a platform to gather custom feedback by inventing a CallIC. CallIC takes a JSFunction as input, maintains UNINIT/MONO/MEGA state in a feedback slot, and engages in limited patching for the most efficient code.
...
The change creates a degrade in NBody tests, but a follow-on CL addresses it by using this custom feedback platform to give a 45% improvement.

When computing the code flags for a megamorphic store IC, we mistakenly
passed a strict_mode variable when an ExtraICState was expected.

Do not put allocated block into HeapObjectsMap
...
Heap allocation reported to AllocationTracker may be later divided into several objects so it is incorrect to put the block as a new HeapObject into the map. We will match allocated block with actual HeapObjects later when iterating Heap (will be addressed in another patch). Since the objects are not assigned an id immediately after creation we need to call FindOrAddEntry when finding id for SharedFunctionInfo during stack crawling.
Removed hooks for tracking creation of AllocationMemento. AllocationMemento is not a HeapObject and should be considered as implementation overhead.
Renamed NewObjectEvent to AllocationEvent which is more precise in case of folded allocations and when a part of the new block becomes AllocationMemento.

Move responsibility for definition of ExtraICState bits into the ICs.

Currently it's in the Code object for some ICs and in ICs for other ICs.
This should make it easier to alter bits as needed.
2) Recover an extra bit in the code object to give us 6 bits for the extra ic state. We'll need it soon to store contextual state.
3) Cleanup code that treated StrictMode enum and ExtraICState enum as interchangeble.

This is controlled by two flags:

When redirection is enabled but --redirect_code_traces_to is not specified traces are written to a file code-<pid>-<isolate>.asm. This mangling scheme matches hydrogen.cfg and allows easy discovery of compilation artifacts in a multi-V8 environment (e.g. when compilation is traced from inside Chromium).
D8 defines --redirect_code_traces_to=code.asm similar to hydrogen.cfg redirection.

ExternalCallbackScope is used to let CPU profiler know which API callback is being executed. Whenever such callback is called we should create VMState<ETERNAL> and ExternalCallbackScope. This patch fixes several places where VMState<ETERNAL> went without ExternalCallbackScope.

Allocation type info advice consumed in bailout path leads to assert failure.
...
If the runtime is taken for a constructor like "new Array(100000)", where
allocation site info already led to an elements kind of DOUBLE, then the runtime
would fail to transition the array to dictionary mode. Better to recognize this
case and avoid wasting time by following the advice. Furthermore, it offers a
way to recognize that the array should be in dictionary mode (though a future
checkin will capitalize on that).

Accurate function prototypes for native calls from ARM simulator.
...
Native method invocation from the arm/simulator-arm.cc previously made
non-portable assumptions about calling conventions. This was okay for 32-bit
stack-based machines, where by-value structs are automatically materialized
on the stack, and where both int and double parameters could be passed on the
stack. However they are not okay for x86-64, which has an elaborate scheme
for passing parameters in registers.
This CL replaces the previous non-portable code paths with portable code,
using call-sites that accurately match the prototype of the callee.
