bbudge	257336d26a	[RegisterConfiguration] Streamline access to arch defaults, simplify Registers. ... Replaces ArchDefault method with Crankshaft and Turbofan getters. Eliminates IsAllocated method on Register, FloatRegister, DoubleRegister. Eliminates ToString method too. Changes call sites to access appropriate arch default RegisterConfiguration.
