Add regression test for optimized version of Math.abs.

This issue was already fixed on bleeding edge, but adding regression
test to get coverage and to make sure it works on the branches.

Cleanup of mjsunit.js code and make assertEquals more strict.

Encapsulate the helper functions in mjsunit.js.
Now only exposes the exception class and the assertXXX functions.
Make assertEquals use === instead of ==.
This prevents a lot of possiblefalse positives in tests, and avoids
having to do assertTrue(expected === actual) when you need it.
Fixed some tests that were either buggy or assuming == test.

New attempt to make the allocation routines 64 bit clean.

This one has been approved by the 64 bit compiler in MSVC
2005 so I hope it also passes the 2008 version.
The --max-new-space-size option is now in kBytes.
The --max-old-space-size option is now in MBytes.
Some issues remain with 64 bit heaps and the counters. See
