cf25b3bc53 cppgc: Rework prefinalizers
Move the check for whether an object is live or dead out of the
prefinalizer trampoline. Moving it into the backend allows for
inlining the check which avoids a call to the trampoline for live
objects.

On catapult benchmarks (e.g. cnn:2021, nytimes:2020), there's often
~2k finalizers registered. In order to avoid memory overhead in the
range of a few KB, we store the fact whether the object points to the
base object payload in the LSB of the pointer. For caged builds this
is replaced with just storing the index into the cage for both object
and base object payload.

Locally saves around ~10% of atomic sweeping processing time which is
in the order of .05ms.

7ef1fc1565 testing: OverrideEmbedderStackStateScope should only affect implicit GCs
The only user of OverrideEmbedderStackStateScope is Blink where it is
used to override stack state of top-level tasks. Adjust the behavior
here to allow using this scope broadly while still supporting explicit
garbage collection calls.

8d55cd6c0e cppgc-js: Respect --single-threaded-gc
Before this CL Oilpan would schedule concurrent marking and sweeping
even in the presence of --single-threaded-gc. This e.g. flakily breaks
Blink tests that do not set up a thread-pool in certain configurations
where they pass --single-threaded (implying --single-threaded-gc).

3f5c2dda67 cppgc: young-gen: Implement GenerationalBarrier for source objects
The generational barrier for source objects records the entire source
object to be processed later during remembered set visitation. It's
planned to be used for Blink backing stores when an inlined object (or a
range thereof) is added (HeapAllocator::NotifyNewObject(s)).

An alternative approach would be to eagerly process the inlined objects
using a custom callback. However, this requires changing Visitors to
bring slots into the context. This approach should better work for
scenarios where small ranges or single elements are added, to avoid
processing potentially large backing stores. The followup CL implements
this idea.

92eae6d126 cppgc: Force EBO to always work with GCed
Currently, in the following struct

struct LayoutObject : GarbageCollected<>, MixinA, MixinB {};

the subobject that corresponds to the first base GarbageCollected<>
always takes up some space (one word). The empty-base-optimization
doesn't happen because the second base (MixinA) has the same subobject
as the first base (GarbageCollected), which is the most parent class
GarbageCollectedBase. The compiler can't "merge" them because it must
guarantee that distinct objects of the same type have distinct
addresses.

The attribute [[no_unique_address]] doesn't work for base classes,
unfortunately (but is a good idea for a Standard proposal). As a
solution, the CL simply removes GarbageCollectedBase.

Adds support for double-word aligned, i.e., 8 bytes on 32-bit
platforms and 16 bytes on 64-bit platforms, objects in Oilpan.

Changes:
- Adds generic alignment APIs and overrides.
- Internal logic to support double-word aligned allocations on LABs.
- Adjusts natural alignment of large objects to follow double-word.
- Adds a new static_assert() that suggests users file a bug if higher
  alignment is required.
- Statically checks that no allocations with non-default alignment
target custom spaces that support compaction.

TSAN complained with a data race where:
T1: ClearAllUsedNodes(), clearing out the node

T2: b. operator delete

Since GetNodeSafe() was a relaxed load, operator delete was allowed to
be reordered which raced with ClearAllUsedNodes().

This avoids a benign race in setting the raw pointer inside CTP
destructor by not emitting the write at all. The handle is destructed
which means that we only need to destroy any backing node but may
leave the handle untouched.

Drive-by:
- Add a few more docs.
- Make Clear() thread-safe.
- Make assignment of a sentinel pointer thread-safe.
- Make assignment of a nullptr thread-safe.

479bfdb11b cppgc: Optimize GCInfo setup
In Blink's version of Oilpan, GCInfo objects would reside in .bss and
a table would translate between an index and the .bss address. Upon
retrieving a GCInfoIndex, the slow path merely passes a .bss pointer
to a slow path setup method to create the table mapping.

In cppgc, we set up GCInfo entries directly in the table. This is
slightly faster for actually using GCInfo objects as there's no
indirection between table and .bss, and it also saves one pointer (the
indirection) per type that is set up. The downside of this approach is
that individual components of a GCInfo objects, that are all
type-dependent, need to be passed to the conditional setup method.
Since GCInfo indices must be retrieved on each allocation, this
pollutes the fast path with additional instructions.

However, GCInfo components are actually known at compile-time for many
objects. In such cases, we can use a compile-time static dispatch to
encode the known parameters in different functions. This saves around
40KiB of memory on ChromePublic.apk and also creates a more compact
fast path for allocation.
