74aa15bfa0 Fix FindSharedFunctionInfoInScript to not optimize. 
This prevents a corner case in FindSharedFunctionInfoInScript that would cause
functions to be optimized because an intermittent GC would clear the flag
indicating whether breakpoints are present. Above method was also moved into the
Debug class because it is only used by the debugger.

fa2287fa96 Force eager compilation of parenthesized functions. 
This makes the compiler use eager compilation for function literals that
are parenthesized. We consider this to be a hint that the function will
be called immediatly and hence try to avoid parsing it twice. The parser
already respects this heuristic.

f8e5c71e18 Rename SmartPointer to SmartArrayPointer. 
As pointed out in: http://codereview.chromium.org/7754007/#msg5

"SmartPointer should have been named SmartArrayPointer as it expects an input
allocated using new[] and deallocates it using delete[]. Using it as a simple
scoped pointer for a single object is incorrect."

685cae6021 API: Resolve linker issues with using V8 as a DLL 
This changes the way the constants kJSObjectType, kFirstNonstringType and kProxyType are made available to the inlined part of the V8 API. This change to fixed constants resolves linker this linker error Windows

error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "public: static int v8::internal::Internals::kJSObjectType" (?kJSObjectType@Internals@internal@v8@@2HA)

when linking against a V8 DLL.

This change also makes it possible to build all the C++ tests with ENABLE_DEBUGGER_SUPPORT not defined. Now C++ tests run ENABLE_DEBUGGER_SUPPORT not defined, and only the JavaScript tests which tests the debugger fails when ENABLE_DEBUGGER_SUPPORT is not defined.

a1ec99c05d - Remove function boilerplate objects and use SharedFunctionInfos in 
their place.
- Add one field to the SharedFunctionInfo to remember the number of
  literals used in this function.

02b7894f95 Fix issue 380. 
Don't infer name for a function if a result of its call is assigned to a variable / property. E.g., in this case:

  a = function() { ... } ();

the function must remain anonymous because 'a' doesn't receive a function reference, but instead a result of its call.

7aacf00933 Allow multiple function literals to be assigned to the same var / property. 
In such a case all functions get the same name. I think it's a good performance / usability tradeoff. In case a developer wants more clarity, it's up to him to give names to functions.

3c2a7bdf21 Add name inference for anonymous functions to facilitate debugging and profiling of JS code. 
Currently function name inference is wired with AST optimization pass to avoid introducing another pass over AST. A better solution would be to rewrite AST visitors so they can be naturally combined together in a single pass, as their current implementation doesn't allow it.

For examples of cases where function names can be inferred, see the tests file.
