dfdcaf4316 Move TF parts of MacroAssembler into new TurboAssembler. 
This CL introduces TurboAssembler, a super-class of Assembler and sub-class
of MacroAssembler. TurboAssembler contains all the functionality that is used
by Turbofan and previously was part of MacroAssembler. TurboAssembler has
access to the isolate but, in contrast to MacroAssembler, does not expect to
be running on the main thread.

623300a6d8 [assembler] Introduce assembler-inl.h 
This moves the platform-specific distinction to one place, and allows
to just include assembler-inl.h instead of macro-assembler.h to get the
correct inline functions defined in assembler.h (e.g.
RelocInfo::set_target_address).

61f5fbbb19 [crankshaft] Fragmentation-free allocation folding. 
The new allocation folding implementation avoids fragmentation between folded allocation. As a consequence, our heap will always be iterable i.e. we do not have to perform a garbage collection before iterating the heap.

Embed constant pools within their corresponding Code
objects.

This removes support for out-of-line constant pools in favor
of the new approach -- the main advantage being that it
eliminates the need to allocate and manage separate constant
pool array objects.

Currently supported on PPC and ARM.  Enabled by default on
PPC only.

This yields a 6% improvment in Octane on PPC64.

e4c5b84652 Contribution of PowerPC port (continuation of 422063005) 
Contribution of PowerPC port (continuation of 422063005). The inital patch
covers the core changes to the common files.  Subsequent patches will cover
changes to common files to support AIX and to update the ppc directories so

d07a2eb806 Rename ASSERT* to DCHECK*. 
This way we don't clash with the ASSERT* macros
defined by GoogleTest, and we are one step closer
to being able to replace our homegrown base/ with

a0f6878a06 Add mips64 port. 
Summary:

- Changes in common code are mainly boilerplate changes,
gyp and test status files updates.

- On mips64 simulator all tests pass from all test units.

- Current issues: mjsunit JS debugger tests fail randomly on HW in release mode.
Corresponding tests are skipped on HW.

- Skipped tests on mips64: test-heap/ReleaseOverReservedPages, mjsunit/debug-*

1) Don't make a call to C without having a valid frame on the stack.
2) Don't generate a call to a stub while generating a stub, unless we can be
sure that the stub we are calling has already been generated (the stub
generation code is not reentrant wrt. GC).

c5fc4b9099 Add asserts and state tracking to ensure that we do not call 
into C++ without having a valid stack frame that can be
traversed at GC.
Also add asserts to track that we do not try to generate a stub
while we are generating a stub, since the stub creation code is
not GC safe.

ae4cc3c287 Add a flag to the ARM version of new space allocation in generated code 
The flag SIZE_IN_WORDS indicate that the requested size is in words and not in bytes, The default is to specify the size in bytes.

d1d56d9891 ia32: Fuse map and type checks in call ICs for API functions. 
This uses the fact that if a map stayed the same then the object
still passes the type check. A new builtin is added to handle the
API call in this case.

a6a7c75ae0 MIPS port initial commit 
This is the first step in the MIPS port of V8. It adds assembler, disassembler and simulator for the MIPS32 architecture.

Contains stubbed out implementation of all the compiler/code generator infrastructure to make it all build.

Patch by Alexandre Rames from Sigma Designs Inc.
