Original commit message:
Implement clearing of CompareICs.
This allows CompareICs to be cleared during garbage collection to avoid
cross-context garbage retention through maps stored in CompareIC stubs
for the KNOWN_OBJECTS state.

git-svn-id: http://v8.googlecode.com/svn/branches/bleeding_edge@11505 ce2b1a6d-e550-0410-aec6-3dcde31c8c00
List of changes:
-added a minor optimization to the Simulator that quickly skips nops in the delay slot
-slightly re-worked CEntryStub to save a few instructions
CEntryStub now expects the following values:
-s0: number of arguments including receiver
-s1: size of arguments excluding receiver
-s2: pointer to builtin function
Two new MacroAssembler functions were added to make usage more convenient:
-PrepareCEntryArgs(int num_args) to set up s0 and s1
-PrepareCEntryFunction(const ExternalReference&) to set up s2
-removed branch delay slot nops from the most frequently used code areas
-reorganized some code to execute fewer instructions
-utilized the delay slot of most Ret instructions
This does not cover all Rets, only the most obvious cases.
Also added a special version of DropAndRet that utilizes the delay slot.
-added some comments to code areas where explanation of the register/delay slot usage may be needed
-added an optimization to Jump so it doesn't always pre-load the target register

This introduces an additional check into the StoreIC_ArrayLength builtin
checking that the array still has fast properties. Redifinitions of the
length property that would cause it's type or attributes to change, will
switch to slow properties, thereby invalidating said optimization.

- Better support for FP compares and branches (BranchF macro)
- Add EmitFPUTruncate() macro, similar to EmitVFPTruncate on Arm.
- Some improvements to long-branch mechanism for mips.
- Add ClampUint8() and ClampDoubleToUint8()
- Minor changes to ic-mips, full-codegen-mips mostly, for improved
code-patching with BinaryOpStub.

1) Don't make a call to C without having a valid frame on the stack.
2) Don't generate a call to a stub while generating a stub, unless we can be
sure that the stub we are calling has already been generated (the stub

Use the BitField helper class for the code flags, so that we do not have to
define both a shift and a mask explicitly. This makes changing the flags
layout simpler.
Also, make the 'mask' and 'max' members of BitField into constants, because
they are constant and so that they can be used as constant expressions.
E.g., so they can be used in declaring other const members or in static
asserts.

Ported commits: r8126 (6461bae)
Original commit message:
- Introduce a class JSReceiver, that is a common superclass of JSObject and
JSProxy. Use JSReceiver where appropriate (probably lots of places that we
still have to migrate, but we will find those later with proxy test suite).
- Move appropriate methods to JSReceiver class (SetProperty,
GetPropertyAttribute, Get/SetPrototype, Lookup, and so on).
- Introduce new JSFunctionProxy subclass of JSProxy. Currently only a stub.
- Overhaul enum InstanceType:
* Introduce FIRST/LAST_SPEC_OBJECT_TYPE that ranges over all types that
represent JS objects, and use that consistently to check language types.
* Rename FIRST/LAST_JS_OBJECT_TYPE and FIRST/LAST_FUNCTION_CLASS_TYPE
to FIRST/LAST_[NON]CALLABLE_SPEC_OBJECT_TYPE for clarity.
* Eliminate the overlap over JS_REGEXP_TYPE.
* Also replace FIRST_JS_OBJECT with FIRST_JS_RECEIVER, but only use it where
we exclusively talk about the internal representation type.
* Insert JS_PROXY and JS_FUNCTION_PROXY in the appropriate places.
- Fix all checks concerning classification, especially for functions, to
use the CALLABLE_SPEC_OBJECT range (that includes funciton proxies).
- Handle proxies in SetProperty (that was the easiest part :) ).
- A few simple test cases.

Port of r8040 to mips.
Original commit message:
Strict mode functions are to get 'undefined' as the receiver when
called with an implicit receiver. Modes are bad! It forces us to have
checks on all function calls.
This change attempts to limit the cost by passing information about
whether or not a call is with an implicit or explicit receiver in ecx
as part of the calling convention. The cost is setting ecx on all
calls and checking ecx on entry to strict mode functions.
Implicit/explicit receiver state has to be maintained by ICs. Various
stubs have to not clobber ecx or save and restore it.
CallFunction stub needs to check if the receiver is implicit when it
doesn't know from the context.

Updated to include fixes to several mips arch-specific files, corresponding to recent changes in r7944, r7935, r7926, r7914, r7910, r7895, and parts of r7423, which had previously been missed for mips. Rebased on r7964.
The simulator changes were missed on r7893 for code-stubs-mips,
where the DirectCEntry stuff was added.
There are also a couple small changes to builtins-mips following
r7879 for the other architectures.

This commit adds current working versions of assembler, macro-assembler,
disassembler, and simulator.
All other mips arch files are replaced with stubbed-out versions that
will build.
Arch independent files are updated as needed to support building and
running mips.
The only test is cctest/test-assembler-mips, and this passes on the
simulator and on mips hardware.

conversions for external array types, which implement the Typed Array
spec. (Revision of http://codereview.chromium.org/6315004 .)
Prefer SSE2 code path on x86 processors. Non-SSE2 processors now make
a slow runtime call for float-to-int conversions. Use SSE3 for 32-bit
signed and unsigned int array types where possible.
The movement of code from ic-arm.cc to stub-cache-arm.cc caused the
VFP3 code path to be tested for the first time. Fixed bugs in the
register usage and in the constant value stored into integer arrays
for NaN and +/-Infinity.
Added new truncation test to test-api.cc. Storage of NaN and +/-Inf
was already covered. Ran unit tests on x86, x64 and ARM simulator.
Tested ia32 and x64 code in Chromium on Mac and Linux respectively
with Typed Array unit tests and WebGL content.

Chromium build.
v8.gyp no longer sets any V8_TARGET_ARCH_* macro on the Mac. Instead, the
proper V8_TARGET_ARCH_* macro will be set by src/globals.h in the same way as
the V8_HOST_ARCH_* macro when it detects that no target macro is currently
defined. The Mac build will attempt to compile all ia32 and x86_64 .cc files.
#ifdef guards in each of these target-specific source files prevent their
compilation when the associated target is not selected. For completeness,
these #ifdef guards are also provided for the arm and mips .cc files.
