d2ab873de9 Reland^2 "[csa] Fix semantics of PopAndReturn"
This is a reland of 3593ee832c

The MSAN doesn't seem to be considering initializing stores via inline
assembly as such (in a new cctest helper GetStackPointer()), so this
reland attempt fixes the issue and ensures that the MSAN bot is happy.

84121f5ac1 s390: Edited Generate_CEntry to correctly return buffer when built with clang
Corrected register calling syntax in assembler-s390.cc and
test-platform.cc.

Generate_CEntry in builtins-s390.cc expects return buffer to be
preserved in r2, but when built with clang r2 isn't preserved, which breaks
300+ tests. It is fixed by writing r2's value into r8 (preserved)
and loading the value back to r2 after the operation.

7e78506fc2 [Memory] Use OS::Allocate for all OS memory allocations.
- Eliminates OS::ReserveRegion and OS::ReserveAlignedRegion.
- Changes OS::Allocate to take alignment parameter, reorders parameters

- Since the size of memory allocation can be deduced, don't return the

- Changes reservation of aligned address space. Before we would reserve
(size + alignment) rounded up to page size. This is too much, because
maximum misalignment is (alignment - page_size).
- On Windows and Cygwin, we release an oversize allocation and
immediately retry at the aligned address in the allocation. If we
lose the address due to a race, we just retry.
- Clean up all the calls to OS::Allocate in codegen and tests by adding
  helper AllocateSystemPage function (allocation.h) and

- Changes 'assm' to 'masm' in some targets for consistency when using
  a macro-assembler.

32f30f6338 [platform] check return values from memory operations
This change adds DCHECKs for calls such as mprotect, as well as marking some of
the memory allocation and deallocation routines as V8_MUST_USE_RESULT. This
additional checking gives us more useful information for failure in the presence
of, for example, address space exhaustion.

2b4c9c100b S390:Update inline asm constraint in test-platform
The GetStackPointer() routine in test-platform uses an inline
assembly code to store the current stack pointer value into a static
variable sp_addr. The existing asm code for S390 uses an ST/STG
instruction, with the memory operand associated with the general ('=g')
constraint to sp_addr.

On GCC 4.8.5, the GCC compiler got confused and treated sp_addr as
an integer operand instead of memory operand, resulting in a store
being emitted that writes to an invalid meory location.

Given the specific store instructions being inlined here, we should
restict the sp_addr operand to explicitly be a memory operand using '=m'
instead of '=g'.
