Fixed problem where asian characters were not categorized as letters

because they were defined using different syntax in the unicode
database.

Changed status file support for the tests. The testcfg.py script is

now responsible for adding the status information for the tests in the
corresponding test suite.
Added status file from mjsunit tests.
Added tests for known bugs.
