e4782a9b46 [date] Refactor the %_DateField intrinsic to be optimizable.
Previously the %_DateField intrinsic would also check the object and
throw an exception if you happen to pass something that is not a valid
JSDate, which (a) violates our policy for instrinsics and (b) is hard to
optimize in TurboFan (even Crankshaft has a hard time, but there we will
never inline the relevant builtins, so it doesn't show up). The throwing
part is now a separate intrinsics %_ThrowIfNotADate that throws an
exception in full codegen and deoptimizes in Crankshaft, which means the
code for the current use cases is roughly the same (modulo some register
renamings/gap moves).

aff8ebb0eb Implement SharedArrayBuffer.
This adds a new external type (v8::SharedArrayBuffer) that uses a JSArrayBuffer
under the hood. It can be distinguished from an ArrayBuffer by the newly-added
is_shared() bit.

Currently there is no difference in functionality between a SharedArrayBuffer
and an ArrayBuffer. However, a future CL will add the Atomics API, which is
only available on an SharedArrayBuffer. All non-atomic accesses are identical
to ArrayBuffer accesses.

909500aa1d Reimplement Maps and Sets in JS
Previously, the only optimized code path for Maps and Sets was for String keys.
This was achieved through an implementation of various complex operations
in Hydrogen. This approach was neither scalable nor forward-compatible.

This patch adds the necessary intrinsics to implement Maps and Sets almost entirely
in JS. The added intrinsics are:

  %_FixedArrayGet
  %_FixedArraySet
  %_TheHole
  %_JSCollectionGetTable
  %_StringGetRawHashField

With these additions, as well as a few changes to what's exposed as runtime functions,
most of the C++ code backing Maps and Sets is gone (including both runtime code in
objects.cc and Crankshaft in hydrogen.cc).

6230641b83 Optimize testing for an index's existence in packed Arrays
This patch introduces a new inline runtime function,
%_HasFastPackedElements(), and uses it both in the implementation
of the 'in' operator and in the array builtins to speed
up testing for the existence of an index in an array.

In testing with the microbenchmark on the attached bug,
for example, the runtime goes from 326ms to 66ms.

A reviewer might ask whether the HAS_INDEX macro is worthwhile,
and I tried the same example without it, which pushed the
microbenchmark up to 157ms. So it seems it's worth it to
avoid the function call to IN() if we know we're dealing
with arrays and numbers.

509a1a405c ES6: Add support for values/keys/entries for Map and Set
This allows code like this:

  var map = new Map();
  map.set(1, 'One');
  ...
  var iter = map.values();
  var res;
  while (!(res = iter.next()).done) {
    print(res.value);
  }

3308cb5857 ES6: Add support for Map/Set forEach
This implements MapIterator and SetIterator which matches
the same constructs in the ES6 spec. However, these 2
iterators are not exposed to user code yet. They are only
used internally to implement Map.prototype.forEach and
Set.prototype.forEach.

Each iterator has a reference to the OrderedHashTable where
it directly accesses the hash table's entries.

The OrderedHashTable has a reference to the newest iterator
and each iterator has a reference to the next and previous
iterator, effectively creating a double linked list.

When the OrderedHashTable is mutated (or replaced) all the
iterators are updated.

When the iterator iterates passed the end of the data table
it closes itself. Closed iterators no longer have a
reference to the OrderedHashTable and they are removed from
the double linked list. In the case of Map/Set forEach, we
manually call Close on the iterator in case an exception was
thrown so that the iterator never reached the end.

At this point the OrderedHashTable keeps all the non finished
iterators alive but since the only thing we currently expose
is forEach there are no unfinished iterators outside a forEach
call. Once we expose the iterators to user code we will need
to make the references from the OrderedHashTable to the
iterators weak and have some mechanism to close an iterator
when it is garbage collected.
