028f85a244 Include more information in --prof log. 
Main changes:
- include timestamps in profile ticks
- include code kind in code create events
- time execution in external code
- changed plot-timer-events.js to show the code kind being executed

8a6108de95 Remove the ability to compile without logging and profiling 
The preprocessor defines ENABLE_LOGGING_AND_PROFILING and ENABLE_VMSTATE_TRACKING has been removed as these where required to be turned on for Crankshaft to work. To re-enable reducing the binary size by leaving out heap and CPU profiler a new set of defines needs to be created.

15429da469 Remove heap protection support. 
It does not currently work and when it did work we never got it fast
enough to be useful.

5616c8bf21 Make state stack thread local. When using Lockers the state stacks of 
multiple threads got mixed up so that the current state could be an
already deallocated state from another thread.

03b566be92 Fix concurrent access to VMState::current_state_. 
The main fix is for current_state() and external_callback() accessors.
I also applied memory access ordering on current_state_ modification,
mainly to reflect the fact that it is being shared among VM and profiler
sampler threads.
