d0fcbb4ece Simplify include dependencies. 
Try to make sure that accessors.h, data-flow.h, list-inl.h, and
scopeinfo.h are included only where needed, but without introducing
implicit dependencies.

a932441a0c Cleanup of ScannerConstants, now named UnicodeCache. 
The ScannerConstants class was originally static fields on the scanner class.
During creation of the stand-alone preparser and later isolates, it has been
moved into a separate class with a per-isolate instance.
It is used to hold caching unicode Predicate values.

This change renames the class to UnicodeCache, and passes a reference
to the instance down to methods that doesn't have an easy access to
an isolate (to avoid, e.g., having to do an Isolate::Current() for every
number parsed).

4a3b75f7ba Specialize ScavengingVisitor for the case when all logging and profiling is disabled. 
By default use specialized static visitor and fallback to more generic one when one of the isolates with enabled logging/profiling hits GC.

2531480d10 Re-establish mips basic infrastructure. 
This commit adds current working versions of assembler, macro-assembler,
disassembler, and simulator.

All other mips arch files are replaced with stubbed-out versions that
will build.

Arch independent files are updated as needed to support building and
running mips.

The only test is cctest/test-assembler-mips, and this passes on the
simulator and on mips hardware.

9cca7d2733 Combine typed and pixel arrays. 
Worth mentioning:
- Specialized versions of pixel array and store/loads inside the generic stubs have been removed, since to have parity for all external arrays, 8 different versions would have to be inlined/checked.
- There's a new constant in v8.h for external arrays with pixel array elements.

061fa8be11 Add the possibility for a code stub to be non-movable 
Non-moveable code-stube are allocated in large object space. They are only required on ARM where the different C-entry stubs are required to never move.

This gets rid of pre-computing these stubs and hope that they never move. Also for crankshaft the C-entry stub which saved doubles is not generated in the snapshot so it ends up being generated at runtime and potentially move.

ef06ab5f3e Enable optimizing JSFunctions that are in new-space. 
It avoids strange performance behavior where hot functions do not
get optimized if there is no GC to promote them, and it does not seem
to hurt us otherwise.

56788625b6 Fix CPU profiling for Crankshaft. 
The main issue was due to multiple recompilations of functions.  Now
code objects are grouped by function using SFI object address.
JSFunction objects are no longer tracked, instead we track SFI object
moves. To pick a correct code version, we now sample return addresses
instead of JSFunction addresses.

tools/{linux|mac|windows}-tickprocessor scripts differentiate
between code optimization states for the same function
(using * and ~ prefixes introduced earlier).

DevTools CPU profiler treats all variants of function code as
a single function.

ll_prof treats each optimized variant as a separate entry, because
it can disassemble each one of them.

tickprocessor.py not updated -- it is deprecated and will be removed.

e79bfcaf3f Use [[DefineOwnProperty]] to put 'constructor' field on the protoype object. 
That better follows ECMA-262 (see 13.2 Creating Function Objects) and allows
to ignore nasty JS accessors for 'constructor' property.

baa3eed710 Change our zap values from hex numbers tagged as a heap object to hex numbers tagged as a failure. 
Since our zap values are valid heap object addreses we might hit asserts if a heap object gets the value of a zap constant as its address.

73a4ecfae1 A MessageObject is a purely internal object to hold information about 
an error message that needs to be generated and reported. This change
hides all of the error information from JavaScript code so user
callbacks cannot get hold of it.

5fbaece14c Use a separate marker value to allocate the arguments object on deoptimzation. 
Before we used the hole value for this purpose, but this does not work once we
start using the hole value for other purposes in the optimizing compiler.

a609cf61c5 Avoid decoding overhead when allocating ascii strings. 
The assumption is that most utf8 strings allocated are actually ascii
and that if they are not we will encounter a non-ascii char pretty
quickly.

a968ed0470 Implement HeapIterator that skips over unreachable objects. 
I'm using it when creating heap snapshots. I decided that it will
be more convenient to have it as a separate piece of code, instead
of embedding into the snapshot generator.

1e494335bb Make idle notification cleanup less aggressive. Do not clean up on 
idle notifications after the one that causes the mark-compact
collection unless four or more garbage collections (scavenges) have
occurred.

The embedder should stop sending idle notifications once V8 returns
true from the IdleNotification call. This change is being defensive so
it will not hurt as badly if embedders continue to send idle
notifications.

2a8eb35548 Provide more accurate results about used heap size via GetHeapStatistics. 
I observed that used heap size provided by Heap::SizeOfObjects() is
usually about ~10% bigger than the number calculated by summing up
heap objects sizes.

This aligns DevTools Timeline stats with Heap profiler stats.

Allow build-time customization of the max semispace size. Building a
version of V8 with snapshots and with a non-default max semi-space
size is much easier when you can set the max semispace size in the
build environment.
