5cd715cbc3 A tiny contribution for the IWYU day: Include allocation.h in every 
header which uses BASE_EMBEDDED and/or AllStatic. Note that still only
45 out of 135 headers in src/ can be used stand-alone, but at least
this is a little bit more than before...

8122f974d8 Make exception thrown via v8 public API propagate to v8::TryCatch as JS thrown exceptions do. 
Correctly process failures which can be returned by Object::GetProperty
when performing GetRealNamedProperty* queries.

Callback properties can produce exceptions so we need to wrap access to them
into exception checks.  However, despite of many other methods with exception
checks, property access doesn't mandatroy go via JavaScript and hence we
need to inject code to propagate exception to public API TryCatch handlers.

8066271fd2 Optimize calls to object literal properties that are initialized with a function literal. 
This allows fast calls and inlining of functions like:

var o = {f: function() { return "foo"; }}
o.f();


Object literals that contain function literals are initially created a dictionary mode
object and only transformed to fast properties once all properties are computed and
added. This allows us to create constant function properties for functions declared
inside the object literal. Function literals inside object literals are marked for
pretenuring so that they work as contant function properties.

Object literals without functions should just function as before.

Now mark SetElement as must use result

The debugger runs inside its own context so there should be no setters hit. Which is the reason for the live-edit code asserting non-empty handles.

485f4ea0d9 Clear exceptions set during attempts to lazily optimize. 
Resubmit of patch for issue 1145 with a few additions:
- Now also clears exceptions when calling Runtime_LazyRecompile.
- Sets function where parsing fails to not be optimizable.

cf50c5e27c Handle exceptions thrown while parsing lazy functions for inlining. 
We currently leave the exception as pending without returning a Failure::Exception() value. This is either caught immediately if running with --debug-code, or caught later by an assert in debug mode.

This change makes the pending exception be cleared before returning from the failed optimization attempt.

897f7dedc1 Allow to define accessors on objects. 
Currently one can only define accessors on object templates.  This patch
allows to create accessors on the fly.

These accessors could control access to elements as well.  This element
support is somewhat rudimentary and may require future work (for example,
we probably don't want to convert index into a string.)

9f681fa9d6 Small API improvements: 
* Added Get and Set taking uint32_t for faster and more convenient
   access to elements.

 * Added less verbose casting for handles. Now instead of
       v8::Local<v8::String>::Cast(args[0])
   one can write
       args[0].As<v8::String>().

0ce4eab1b2 Obey the flag --lazy in the toplevel code generator. 
There were two separate implementations of the function
'BuildBoilerplate' that is used to compile function declarations and
function literals.  The implementations did not do exactly the same
thing.  In particular, one ignored the flag --lazy.

Combine the two implementations.
