6124a534b2 [fastcall] Add support for leaf interface type checks
This CL adds an IsTemplateForApiObject method to FunctionTemplate
allowing the embedder to check whether a given API object was
instantiated by this template without including parent templates
in the search. It also replaces the v8::ApiObject in the fast API
with a raw v8::Value pointer to allow use of standard C++ casts.

05b385887e [wasm] Update br_table with the latest spec changes
The typing of br_table was relaxed in
https://github.com/WebAssembly/spec/pull/1305. Before, we had to compute
the greatest lower bound of all branch types and make sure that stack
values are subtypes of that type. Now, we have to check that the stack
values are subtypes of each individual branch. This makes a difference
only in polymorphic stacks, but greatly simplifies the code, especially
with the upcoming introduction of a much more complex type system in
wasm-gc.

930f26549f [turbofan] Move large array allocation bailout earlier
The CanAllocateArray used to be executed during JSCreateLowering,
leading to bailouts when large arrays are passed as arguments to
an async function or a bound function. This meant that
JSCreateAsyncFunctionObject or JSCreateBoundFunction will reach
JSGenericLowering, where they are not lowered. This CL moves
the checks earlier in the pipeline during JSNativeContextSpecialization
and JSCallReducer respectively, so that those operators are not
created at all in such cases and we bail out to the runtime instead.

d5457f5fb7 [api] JSFunction PromiseHook for v8::Context
This will enable Node.js to get much better performance from async_hooks
as currently PromiseHook delegates to C++ for the hook function and then
Node.js delegates it right back to JavaScript, introducing several
unnecessary barrier hops in code that gets called very, very frequently
in modern, promise-heavy applications.

This API mirrors the form of the original C++ function based PromiseHook
API, however it is intentionally separate to allow it to use JSFunctions
triggered within generated code to, as much as possible, avoid entering
runtime functions entirely.

Because PromiseHook has internal use also, beyond just the Node.js use,
I have opted to leave the existing API intact and keep this separate to
avoid conflicting with any possible behaviour expectations of other API
users.

The design ideas for this new API stemmed from discussion with some V8
team members at a previous Node.js Diagnostics Summit hosted by Google
in Munich, and the relevant documentation of the discussion can be found
here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1g8OrG5lMIUhRn1zbkutgY83MiTSMx-0NHDs8Bf-nXxM/edit#heading=h.w1bavzz80l1e

c977b65bb9 [regexp] Don't use eats_at_least for backwards loops
The eats_at_least (EAL) value is applied in forward-directions only.
Two reasons for that which are relevant to this CL:

- EAL's of neighboring nodes are combined additively, irrespective of
  their read_backward value.
- EatsAtLeastPropagator::VisitText uses the successor's
eats_at_least_from_not_start value, which doesn't work properly for
read_backwards successors (which may end at the start).

A symptom of this bug was that we applied an incorrect EAL of 255
starting at the initial 'x' of /x(?<=^x{4})/); for subject strings
shorter than 255 chars, this would result in an incorrect failure
result.

232bf1ffe4 Clamp properly in the String.p.indexOf reduction
This fixes a bug introduced in crrev.com/c/2660995.
String.prototype.indexOf must clamp the `position` argument as per
step:

  7. Let start be the result of clamping pos between 0 and len.

Source: tc39.es/ecma262/#sec-string.prototype.indexof

Previously, this was done in the StringIndexOf builtin, but the recent
refactor changed builtin implementations to match the spec more
closely (i.e. to clamp in String.prototype.indexOf, not
StringIndexOf). This means we now have to clamp in
JSCallReducer::ReduceStringPrototypeIndexOf.

c9b4f3c4a7 [dict-proto] TF support for constants in dictionary mode protos, pt. 4
This CL is part of a series that implements Turbofan support for
property accesses satisfying the following conditions:
1. The holder is a dictionary mode object.
2. The holder is a prototype.
3. The access is a load.

This feature will only be enabled if the build flag
v8_dict_property_const_tracking is set.

This particular CL modifies existing mjsunit tests whose assumptions
don't hold if v8_dict_property_const_tracking is enabled. This is
done by adding special handling for the case that
%IsDictPropertyConstTrackingEnabled() holds.

9eba2d85f4 [fastcall] Add fast API testing facilities to d8
This CL provides the minimum necessary functionality to expose fast API
for testing in mjsunit, exposing the fast path for fuzzing. It exposes
a d8.test.fast_c_api with an `add_all` method, which exercises primitive
types. On x64, all integer and floating point types are supported. On
other platforms currently only 32-bit integers are included in the test.

--no-stress-flush-bytecode to the const-dict-tracking.js test

Original description:

This CL is part of a series that implements Turbofan support for
property accesses satisfying the following conditions:
1. The holder is a dictionary mode object.
2. The holder is a prototype.
3. The access is a load.

This feature will only be enabled if the build flag

be3c012679 [sparkplug] Include calls in stack guard
Calculate the maximum call size in the bytecode pre-visit, and pass that
(along with the bytecode's frame size) to the prologue to be included in
the stack check. This avoids doing a stack check before each call, and
mirrors a similar optimisation in TurboFan.

Also, use StackGuardWithGap instead of StackGuard, to make sure that
stack overflows in the prologue actually trigger stack overflows in the
runtime.

f19142e613 [top-level-await] Implement the new post-order requirement for async subgraphs
This CL implements
https://github.com/tc39/proposal-top-level-await/pull/159, which reached
consensus at the March 2021 TC39.

The high-level intent is for parent modules that depend on async modules
to remember the DFS post-order such that when their async dependency
finishes, they execute in that original post-order. This aligns the
ordering between completely sync module graphs and async module graphs.

ec81d82d16 Reland "[turbofan] Optimize TrapIf/Unless in BranchElim. and CommonOp-Reducer"
This is a reland of a3b1233e16

Changes compared to original commit:
- Use a more canonical way to replace TrapIf/Unless nodes that always
trap. This fixes the issue where their outputs were marked dead even
  if they were Merge/Loop nodes.
- Use Throw() over Return() to connect a dangling trap to End().
- Add regression test.

c0ee8f905b [wasm][inspector] Don't use Script::source_url to store URL.
The `Script::source_url` field holds the value of the magic
`//# sourceURL` comment if found, and the `Script::name` field is
supposed to hold the actual name of the resource (as provided by
the embedder ideally), in case of Chromium that's supposed to be
the URL (in case of Node.js it's often the local path).

Using `source_url` worked by chance so far, but for loading DWARF
symbol files correctly we need the initiator (which we pick from
the embedderName of the Script as reported to DevTools). More
importantly, the partial handling of `//# sourceURL` in V8 is a
layering violation and causes trouble in DevTools, i.e. when users
put relative paths here. So as part of refactoring and correctifying
the handling of `//# sourceURL`, we need to make sure that the embedder
provided name (the URL in case of Chromium) is always stored in the
`Script::name` field.

In the TestTypeOf handler, use the statically known value of the type-of

than going to the general type-of builtin. These checks are very simple,
so we can get away with hand-writing them in the baseline compiler.

0ee6f90a5f [regalloc] Fix slot requirement for live ranges defined by a const
Live ranges defined by a constant operand normally don't require a spill
slot since they can just rematerialize the value from the constant. In
the attached issue however, deoptimization adds an explicit slot
requirement for a range that is defined by a constant operand. This case
is not expected in the register allocator and we eventually hit a
DCHECK.

This fix allocates a new stack slot during the MeetRegisterConstraints
and adds the missing gap move.

Drive-by: remove dead method LiveRange::NextSlotPosition.

4c17394d67 Reland: [compiler] Cache StateValue processing in InstructionSelector.
Processing StateValues into operands is one of the most costly
parts of instruction selection. As it happens, StateValues are
shared by many nodes, and so we are unecessarily reprocessing
the same StateValues multiple times. This CL introduces caching
for the processed StateValues enabling very fast emitting of
operands for subsiquent instructions with the same StateValue.
The hitrate for the cache is higher than 90% on most optimizations.

This flag enables feedback allocation heuristics to be based on the
function size. The threshold for feedback allocation is set to
12 * bytecode size to roughly mimic the allocation after 12 invocations.

We tried 4 * bytecode size earlier and there were few memory regressions
on real world pages. Speedometer improved by ~1% [1, 2]. This time
trying with a higher factor this time to see if we still have
speedometer improvements without any memory regressions.

This is the biggest chunk, including

- int64 lowering,
- simd scala lowering,

- wasm frame types,
- wasm interrupts,
- the JSWasmCall opcode,
- wasm backing store allocation.

Those components are all recursively entangled, so I found no way to
split this change up further.

Some includes that were recursively included by wasm headers needed to
be added explicitly now.

backing-store-unittest.cc is renamed to wasm-backing-store-unittest.cc
because it only tests wasm backing stores. This file is excluded from
no-wasm builds then.

with the same backing store as one that would later get left-trimmed,
resulting in a dangling elements pointer. This CL fixes that by creating
a fresh copy of the elements store instead.

This is done with a script that does something like:

sed -i 's/V\(8x16\|16x8\|32x4\|64x2\)\([._]\?\)\([aA]ll_\?[tT]rue\)/I\1\2\3/g' $(files)
sed -i 's/v\(8x16\|16x8\|32x4\|64x2\)\([._]\?\)\([aA]ll_\?[tT]rue\)/i\1\2\3/g' $(files)

And manual fixups in test-run-wasm-simd.cc and wasm-opcodes-inl.h.

a9577d878e [wasm-interpreter] Fix immediate decoding for numeric instructions
They were using a fixed offset of pc+2, but since the instructions can
be multiple bytes long (leb128 encoded), it should be using *len.

Drive-by fix to add missing instructions to wasm-module-builder.js.

4c3db4fd29 [wasm] Repair decoder perf regression
With the value stack refactoring in 1b5c7e15 / r73193, the
combination of helper functions called by PeekArgs() ended
up checking the stack height repeatedly. This CL avoids that
by introducing a ValidateArgType() helper that does not check
stack height.
Bonus: achieve a small speedup by special-casing two of the
most common opcodes in the decoder's main dispatcher.

2966c8967a Reland "[sparkplug] Change bytecode offset mapping and introduce iterator."
This is a reland of a8b61ef521

The main reason for the revert was not related to this CL and was fixed
with https://crrev.com/c/2739646
In addition debug output in d8.test.verifySourcePositions was removed
due to TSAN complaints.

Original change's description:
> [sparkplug] Change bytecode offset mapping and introduce iterator.
>
> Previously, we recorded pairs of (bytecode offset, sparkplug pc) to
> create a mapping of bytecode offset <-> sparkplug pc.
> These pairs were only recorded after builtin/runtime calls.
> In preparation for deoptimizing to Sparkplug, we need a more precise
> mapping.
> With this CL, we record positions for every bytecode. Instead of storing
> a pair of (bytecode offset, sparkplug pc), we store only the pc,
> calculating the bytecode offset from the index in the mapping table.
> For easier use an iterator to access the mapping is introduced.

ae8823217d Use map of prototype in Map::Hash.
Instead of using addresses of prototype and constructor (which can be
movedby GC) when computing the hash of a Map, we use the addresses of the
prototype map (which won't be compacted).
The prototype map is in a 1:1 relation with the prototype.
In addition the prototype points to the constructor in most cases.
