cfc6a5c2c6 Reland: [cleanup] Refactor the Factory
There is no good reason to have the meat of most objects' initialization
logic in heap.cc, all wrapped by the CALL_HEAP_FUNCTION macro. Instead,
this CL changes the protocol between Heap and Factory to be AllocateRaw,
and all object initialization work after (possibly retried) successful
raw allocation happens in the Factory.

This saves about 20KB of binary size on x64.

d01428579c Reland: Implement and use VectorSegment to avoid repeated allocation of ZoneVector properties.
The parser holds a single vector whose backing storage is reused in calls
to ParseJsonObject, so that once we reach the peak number of unstored
properties no more allocations are required.

This improves performance of parsing inputs like those in Speedometer VanillaJS
by about 2% in my local measurement, and would presumably do better on more
pathological inputs.

This should also have the side effect of reducing peak memory usage at this time
slightly, since we do fewer zone allocations which cannot be freed until the
parse finishes.

Reland switches to use std::vector::data instead of operator[] to avoid an index
check in debug MSVC. In such cases the out-of-bounds pointer cannot be
dereferenced, so it is legal.

822be9b238 Normalize casing of hexadecimal digits
This patch normalizes the casing of hexadecimal digits in escape
sequences of the form `\xNN` and integer literals of the form
`0xNNNN`.

Previously, the V8 code base used an inconsistent mixture of uppercase
and lowercase.

Google’s C++ style guide uses uppercase in its examples:
https://google.github.io/styleguide/cppguide.html#Non-ASCII_Characters

Moreover, uppercase letters more clearly stand out from the lowercase
`x` (or `u`) characters at the start, as well as lowercase letters
elsewhere in strings.

98df94cdd4 [bigint] Fix abstract equality with junk strings
Abstract equality comparison of a BigInt and a String converts the
latter to BigInt. This conversion can fail; since we do not want to
pass a context to the comparison function, we must signal such failure
without throwing an exception.
This CL uses the existing ShouldThrow enum to configure behavior of
String-to-BigInt conversion, moving it out of Object into globals.h.

e567dd3ab4 Refactor TransitionArray access
in preparation for caching StoreIC-Transition handlers in there.
This CL should not change behavior or performance.

The TransitionArray class no longer serves a dual purpose; it is now
simply the data structure serving that role. Further, it now supports
storing transitioning handlers in its "target" slot, which in turn have
a WeakCell pointing to the transition target (but this functionality
is not being used yet).

The interface for accessing a map's transitions, previously implemented
as a set of static functions, is now handled by the TransitionsAccessor
class. It distinguishes the following internal states:
- kPrototypeInfo: map is a prototype map, will never cache any transitions.
- kUninitialized: map can cache transitions, but doesn't have any.
- kWeakCell: map caches a single transition, stored inline. Formerly known
             as "IsSimpleTransition".
- kFullTransitionArray: map uses a TransitionArray to store transitions.
- kTuple3Handler, kFixedArrayHandler: to be used in the future for caching
                                      transitioning handlers.

26c00f4a4c [elements] Rename FAST elements kinds
The `FAST_` prefix doesn’t make much sense — they’re all just different cases
with their own optimizations. Packedness being implicit (e.g. `FAST_ELEMENTS`
vs. `FAST_HOLEY_ELEMENTS`) is not ideal, either.

This patch renames the FAST elements kinds as follows:

- e.g. FAST_ELEMENTS => PACKED_ELEMENTS
- e.g. FAST_HOLEY_ELEMENTS => HOLEY_ELEMENTS

The following exceptions are left intact, for lack of a better name:

- FAST_SLOPPY_ARGUMENTS_ELEMENTS
- SLOW_SLOPPY_ARGUMENTS_ELEMENTS
- FAST_STRING_WRAPPER_ELEMENTS
- SLOW_STRING_WRAPPER_ELEMENTS

This makes it easier to reason about elements kinds, and less confusing to
explain how they’re used.

Testcase created based on the supplied test case from the bug report, but using json parse directly instead of through the chrome javascript console.

3f8a191725 Double allocation size for special json strings on every resize (fixes
crbug 83877)

The issue was that with the relatively small start and increment size of the string we created a ton of string handles when scanning a large string with special characters (500k+ in this case).

In addition, since we can not be sure the the newly allocated string
is in newspace a check is introduced and if not a filler object is
inserted instead of shrinking.

3c7e1d7015 Create stand-alone json parser (including scanner).
The current json parser and scanner inherits fromt he normal scanners and parsers,
which are more complicated than we need for parsing json.

The supplied scanner works directly on the string supplied and has a
fast case mode for scanning only ascii characters (it will simply
create a substring or a symbol directly from the existing string). To
allow for creating symbols from a substring I have added a
SubStringAsciiSymbolKey that creates the hash based from our string
without extracting the sub-string. In case we need to add the symbol
it simply creates the symbol directly from the characters inside the
given string.
