be8621a457 Don't lookup the cache for the result of Function::New 
Since isFunctionCached condition is wrong, we lookup the cache even if
doNotCache is true. As a result, Function::New always returns null
except for the first time.

fc68cb74e5 Add RemovePrototype to FunctionTemplate 
This allows functions created from a FunctionTemplate to not have a
prototype property, which is required by DOM methods.

0ca02ee48d Make sure builtin functions don't rely on __proto__. 
This makes sure that none of the builtin functions rely on the __proto__
accessor which can now be monkey-patched by applications. Instead use a
separate %SetPrototype() intrinsic or object literals to do the job.

1336b913d0 Make built-ins strict mode conforming, and support a --use-strict flag. 
* Turned all uses of 'const' into 'var'.
* Turned all uses of local 'function' into 'var'.
* Added a couple of missing toplevel 'var' declarations.

One consequence is that the properties on the builtin object  are no longer
non-writable, and I had to adapt one test. Is that a problem?

Unfortunately, we cannot actually switch the library scripts to strict mode
by default, because that makes observable things like poisoned .caller properties
for library functions.

Also removed dead flag code in Compiler::Compile.

06bea35f7f Simplify and optimize ToBoolean handling. 
Changing our builtin JavaScript code slightly, we can make sure that we never
see internal objects as arguments for ToBoolean at runtime. Removing that case
from the stub generator and crankshaft makes things a lot easier.

Heap numbers can never be undetectable (only strings and spec objects can), so
we can leave out a useless test.

Try to re-use a non-null register value when returning 'true' in some cases.

Removed special handling of the 'handle all' case, it will very probably never
happen in real code and only makes things more complicated.

Improved naming of the ToBoolean stubs a bit, reflecting the order in which
cases are handled in the code itself.

2013421859 Add support for API accessors that prohibit overwriting by accessors 
defined in JavaScript code by using __defineGetter__ and
__defineSetter__.

Also, disable access checks when configuring objects created from
templates.

d2a8454d2f This change removes the %AddProperty native JavaScript function from V8. 
All uses of %AddProperty are replaced by %SetProperty.  A few uses of
IgnoreAttributesAndSetLocalProperty are added, and the runtime version
of it adds a PropertyAttributes argument.  Only the JSObject class
in objects.cc now uses AddProperty, and it can become private.
