180ba0c053 [turbofan] Disentangle header include chains
Got rid of the following circular header dependency chains:
compilation-dependencies <-> js-heap-broker <-> access-info
types <-> js-heap-broker <-> access-info

Extracted former CompilationDependencies::Dependency class into its own header.
Extracted *Ref classes into their own header.

This should enable building on older GCC versions, e.g. 5.4.0.

e6fb00029c [Turbofan] brokerize native ctx spec. JSResolvePromise method
In native context specialization, reducing a JSResolvePromise
node requires us to know that there are no "then" properties on
the resolution object's maps. This work must be done at serialization
time.

648ff5627e [turbofan] JSHeapBroker logging respects --trace-turbo-filter
As a component of the wider Turbofan logging scheme, it makes sense
for JSHeapBroker logging to come through flags specified in the
OptimizedCompilationInfo class, which uses --trace-turbo-filter
to control which functions are logged.

bcbb6d9eb4 [turbofan] Prepare broker for the next steps.
- Add a new broker mode kRetired, in which the heap can
  again be accessed.
- Change the way modes work. We now always start in kDisabled.
If FLAG_concurrent_compiler_frontend is on, we eventually move
to kSerializing, then to kSerialized, then to kRetired.
- Add an ObjectDataKind to ObjectData that indicates whether the
data is just a dummy (i.e. created while broker was in kDisabled
  mode).

This also happens to fix a bug found by clusterfuzz.

8994347c35 [turbofan] Prepare broker for serialization.
We'll soon start collecting data from the JS heap prior to the typed
lowering pass, and then refrain from reading the heap in that pass.
This CL prepares the broker machinery by introducing a hash table that
maps an object (handle) to the corresponding cached data. For the time
being, that cached data is essentially just the handle itself.

This is part of the effort to decrease the amount of undefined behavior.
that v8 relies on.

The main change here is to represent types with class Type rather than

hack to separate the change from `->` to `.`. I am working on a CL that
will remove the operator and change all those arrows to dots.

cfc6a5c2c6 Reland: [cleanup] Refactor the Factory
There is no good reason to have the meat of most objects' initialization
logic in heap.cc, all wrapped by the CALL_HEAP_FUNCTION macro. Instead,
this CL changes the protocol between Heap and Factory to be AllocateRaw,
and all object initialization work after (possibly retried) successful
raw allocation happens in the Factory.

This saves about 20KB of binary size on x64.

c487aba74c [turbofan] Use appropriate type for NodeId.
Up until now we used int32_t for NodeId, but that was not ideal because
negative values are invalid for NodeId and we use it as an array index
for example in the NodeMarker class, where C++ compilers on x64 have to
generate code that does proper sign extension for the indices, which is
completely unnecessary.

The control flow optimization should work independent of the JSGraph. We
used the JSGraph there because it was convinient, not because it was
necessary.

2b93b8aa41 [turbofan] Change End to take a variable number of inputs.
This simplifies the handling of the End node. Based on this CL we will
finally fix terminating every loop from the beginning (via Terminate
nodes) and fix inlining of Throw, Deoptimize and Terminate.

59a02ebdbe [turbofan] Ensure that NTLs are always properly connected to the end.
Up until now we used a special Terminate node to artifically connect non
terminating loops to the End node, but this was kind of adhoc and didn't
work for the CFG. So without all kinds of weird hacks, the end block in
the CFG will not be connected to NTLs, which makes it impossible to
compute post dominance / control dependence in the current setting.

So instead of Terminate, we add a special Branch to NTLs, whose
condition is the special Always node, which corresponds to True, except
that it cannot be folded away. This way we don't need any special
machinery in the scheduler, since it's just a regular Branch.

835cc463a8 [turbofan] Initial attempt to cleanup Node and related classes.
- Make Node::Inputs and Node::Uses mostly STL compliant.
- Get rid of some pre-C++11 crappiness.
- Start moving unit tests from cctest to unittests.
- TrimInputCount() now tries to reserve inputs slots for
  later appending.
- Fix numerous style guide violations.

a17289f4bc [turbofan] Drop broken StaticParameterTraits.
The StaticParameterTraits are broken by design, and cause way too much
trouble. The compilers usually pick the wrong specialization (i.e. the
default specialization is picked for Load and Phi even tho there is a
specialization for MachineType), which is not only the reason why GVN is
ineffective and slow, but can also lead to correctness issues in some
rare cases.

Also clean up some minor bugs/inconsistencies on the way.
