With bytecode flushing and lazy feedback allocation, we need to call
%PrepareForOptimization before we call %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall,
ideally after declaring the function.

RegExpExecStub pushes callee-saved registers without setting up a frame. This confuses the stack iterator.
Other architectures do not save these registers.
