Mathias Bynens	c6a16c10dd	[test] Add %PrepareForOptimization to even more tests ... With bytecode flushing and lazy feedback allocation, we need to call %PrepareForOptimization before we call %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall, ideally after declaring the function. jkummerow@chromium.org	1ed94acf0c	Turn Runtime_MigrateInstance into Runtime_TryMigrateInstance ... because it must not cause lazy deopts because it is called from deferred code that cannot handle lazy deopts.
