For dictionary-mode receivers, the KeyedStoreGeneric stub can store
properties directly in most cases. Doing so avoids the need to have
an entry in the stub cache for every map/property combination.

The new AccessorAssembler encapsulates all the functionality that's
specific to building LoadIC/StoreIC stubs.
There are two header files (accessor-assembler.h and
accessor-assembler-impl.h) so that clients of the assembler can include
the one, and subclassing assemblers can include the other.

During instruction selection, match the pattern
Float64LessThan(#0.0, Float64Abs(x))
which TurboFan generates for NumberToBoolean in the general case,
and which evaluates to false if x is 0, -0 or NaN, and compile this
to a simple (v)ucomisd using not_equal flags condition, which avoids
the costly Float64Abs.
Also consistently generate this pattern in TurboFan and the code
stubs/interpreter for ToBoolean.

For Math builtins that likely yield double results, i.e. Math.sin,
Math.cos and friends, don't bother trying to canonicalize the result
to Smi. The rationale behind this is that other parts of V8 use the
HeapNumber representation as a hint to assume that certain values
should be represented as double (i.e. for the array elements kind
and for double field tracking). This way the chance that we make
the ideal decision early on is better.
For Math.abs we establish the contract that if the input value is a
Smi, then we try hard to return a Smi (doesn't work for minimal Smi
value), otherwise we preserve the HeapNumberness of the input.
Same for the generic Add, Subtract, Multiply, etc. code stubs.
