f3c87e63a8 [turbofan] Add escape analysis support for mapped arguments.
This adds support for the backing store of mapped arguments objects to
escape analysis. It also unifies two simplified operators representing
allocations of these backing stores into a single {NewArgumentsElements}
operator and threads through the "mapped count" to the deoptimizer.

84c2dfce43 Remove weak-list of optimized JS functions.
This CL removes the weak-list of JS functions from the context
and all the code that iterares over it. This list was being used
mainly during deoptimization (for code unlinking) and during
garbage collection. Removing it will improve performance of
programs that create many closures and trigger many scavenge GC
cycles.

No extra work is required during garbage collection. However,
given that we no longer unlink code from JS functions during
deoptimization, we leave it as it is, and on its next activation
we check whether the mark_for_deoptimization bit of that code is
set, and if it is, than we unlink it and jump to lazy compiled
code. This check happens in the prologue of every code object.

We needed to change/remove the cctests that used to check
something on this list.

Working in x64, ia32, arm64, arm, mips64 and mips.

aa7bf1cf54 Cleanup of deoptimization structures, removal of lazy deopt patching.
This CL:
- removes the trampoline pc from deoptimization input
data and deoptimization state. This is no longer needed given
that we added this information to the safepoint table in
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/596027).
This should also fixed the regression mentioned in
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=752873
- searches for the exception handler in the safepoint table.
- removes the code used for patching which is no longer needed.

It is known to be broken in a variety of cases, including clusterfuzz

the implementation bitrot further on trunk, this patch removes it.

08688b3953 [arm] Pass float immediates to vmov as uint32_t
This CL changes for floats what https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/558964/
changed for doubles.

Original message:
On x86, signalling NaNs get converted to quiet NaNs when they get push
on the stack and popped again. This happens in the code generation for
arm, specifically for the vmov instruction with the immediate parameter.
This CL replaces the vmov function in assembler-arm to take the
immediate as a uint64_t instead of a double, to guarantee that the bit
pattern does not change even if the parameter is a signalling NaN.

New in this CL:
Although src/double.h existed already, src/float.h did not exist yet.
I created the file in this CL, and moved the classes Float32 and
Float64 there, which already existed in src/deoptimizer.h.

This removes support for code-stub to tail-call into the runtime via the

90c3a2d54b Inline Array.prototype.forEach in TurboFan
This CL contains a few pieces:

- A new mechanism to create "BuiltinContinuation" checkpoints in TurboFan
graphs, which--when triggered--swizzle the values in the the FrameState to be
parameters to a typically TF-generated builtin that resumes execution to finish
  the slow-case functionality.
- Continuation builtins that have special handling in the deoptimizer and their own
new frame type to ensure that the values they need to begin executing can be stashed
away and restored immediately before the builtin is called via a trampoline that runs
when the continuation builtin's frame execution resumes.
- An implementation of Array.prototype.forEach in TurboFan that can be used to
inline it. The inlined forEach implementation uses the checkpoints mechanism
described above to deopt in the middle of the forEach in the cases that optimization
invariants are violated. There is a slightly different continuation stub for each
deopt point in the forEach implementation to ensure the correct side-effects, i.e.
that the deopt of the builtin isn't programmatically observable.

7467f16d73 [turbofan] escape analysis supports arguments object and rest elements
The new NewUnmappedArgumentsElements node now takes two inputs:
- the frame holding the arguments (current frame or arguments adaptor frame)
- the length of the suffix of passed arguments to be copied into the backing store

These inputs are computed with two new node types:
ArgumentsFrame()
ArgumentsLength[formal_parameter_count,is_rest_length](Node* arguments_frame)
The node type NewRestParameterElements can now be expressed with NewUnmappedArgumentsElements and an appropriate length and is thus not needed anymore.

In escape analysis, we lower loads from the length field of NewUnmappedArgumentsElements with its length input and if we find out that no write access to the arguments elements exists, we replace element loads with direct stack access and replace the NewUnmappedArgumentsElements node with a node of the new node type ArgumentsElementsState. This corresponds to an ObjectState node and gets translated into a deoptimizer instruction to allocate the backing store. Together with the already existing deoptimizer support for the actual arguments object/rest parameters, this allows to remove all allocations for arguments objects/rest parameters in this case.
In the deoptimizer, we read the actual parameters from the stack while transforming the static deopt info into TranslatedValue objects.

If escape analysis cannot remove the backing store allocation, NewUnmappedArgumentsElements gets lo

Such a deoptimization point is needed for cases where instantiation

We use this new deoptimization point for the "after" frame-state the

With --ignition-preserve-bytecode, we don't have the guarantee that
SharedFunctionInfo::abstract_code() returns the code we deopt to.

db635d5b72 [turbofan] Add support for eager/soft deoptimization reasons.
So far TurboFan wasn't adding the deoptimization reasons for eager/soft
deoptimization exits that can be used by either the DevTools profiler or
the --trace-deopt flag. This adds basic support for deopt reasons on
Deoptimize, DeoptimizeIf and DeoptimizeUnless nodes and threads through
the reasons to the code generation.

Also moves the DeoptReason to it's own file (to resolve include cycles)
and drops unused reasons.

520a214b88 Turn Function.prototype.bind into a hydrogen stub optimized for the common case
This speeds up .bind by >10x as measured by
function f(a,b,c) {}

for (var i = 0; i < 10000000; i++) {
  f.bind(1); // or more arguments.
}

(Uses hydrogen-stubs rather than TF due to var-args + possible runtime fallback, which is still unsupported in TF.)

39738bc905 [Interpreter] Remove InterpreterExitTrampoline and replace with returning to the entry trampoline.
In order to support compiling to baseline on return we need to be able to
return to the actual return address. With this change this is what the
Return bytecode now does, removing the need for the
InterpreterExitTrampoline.

This change also removes the InterpreterNotifyDeoptXXX builtins and
unifies FCG and Igntion to both use NotifyDeoptXXX. As part of this
change, FullCodegenerator::State is moved to Deoptimize::BailoutState.

29001f44fc [compiler] Profiler reconstructs inlined frames for deopts.
This makes the profiler reconstruct inlined function frames at eager
deopt points from the deoptimization data. The main goal of this is to
remove the last side-channel where Crankshaft communicates directly to
the profiler. This is the last preparatory step towards deprecating the
side-channel in question.

32049620d2 [compiler] Pass inlining_id via relocation info.
This passes the inlining_id of deoptimization points via the relocation
info instead of via a side-channel to the CPU profiler. This is one step
towards deprecating the side-channel in question and avoid the need for
performing a lookup of the return address of the deopt point.

c29a4560bb [turbofan] [deoptimizer] Support inlining of ES6 tail calls.
In case when F was called with incompatible number of arguments (and therefore

deopts the deoptimizer should also remove the arguments adaptor frame for F.

This CL adds required machinery to the deoptimizer.
