This adds the unittests to the "default" test set. Now that
the "default" and the DEFAULT_TESTS (i.e. runner with
no arguments) are the same, removed DEFAULT_TESTS and use
TEST_MAP["default"] instead.
On the bots, where unittests and default were run in
separation before, the explicit unittests step should now
be skipped.
This is necessary for swarming, as the unittests step is
too small to justify its own swarming job.

The previous approach to this (in 1b1de2d22) did not work well with
bots that intentionally run no tests. But I think this warning message
is still useful for developers.

Reason for revert:
Some bots that don't run tests (by design) don't return the test results json anymore which makes the infrastructure side fail now.

I've often been confused by an "all passed" run of the test script
when it turned out that either all the tests I cared about were skipped
or, more likely, I mistyped the name(s) of the tests I wanted to run.
This patch aims to fix that (and gives a useful diagnostic for the
"all matched tests were skipped" case).

This allows variants to be named on test failures (follow
up) and then to be used in the test runner for a repro.
This also speeds up variant iteration for test262 and fixes
a bug with variants for benchmarks.

The simd.js benchmarks reside in the same repository
that holds the compliance tests.
Adding an option to run-test.py to download test data
and exit, so that a recipe to run the simd.js
benchmarks can call run-test.py with this option
to fetch the test data.

Contribution of PowerPC port (continuation of 422063005 and 817143002). This patch covers
the key changes needed to the common files needed to support AIX. Subsequent
patches will cover:
- changes to update the ppc directories so they are current with the changes
in the rest of the project.
- remaining AIX changes not resolved by 4.8 compiler
- individual optimizations for PPC

There are separated JS and C stacks on simulators so for some stack
extensive tests (like mozilla/js1_5/extensions/regress-355497) might
cause a C stack overflow and that overflow is not caught by V8. It is
not an issue on real HW. Increasing the C stack also solves the problem
but we have already FLAG_sim_stack_size flag to control the JS stack
size.
This patch makes it possible to add flags to tests conditionally in
.status files.

Currently, some builders are in a clobber-landmine loop.
Clobber deletes the .landmines tracker (sigh). Difficult to
know if we are right after a clobber or if it is first-time
landmines deployment. Also, a landmine-triggered clobber
right after a clobber is not possible. Different clobber
methods for msvs, xcode and make all have different
blacklists of files that are not deleted.
After the branch point, all v8 branch builders have to be
manually clobbered, because the appearance of the
landmines.py script and the first landmine request are in
the same branch CL.
