Whitespace-only strings count as empty too.
This behavior is different from BigInt.parseInt(""),
which throws a SyntaxError.

This patch provides "Abstract Comparison" functions on the BigInt
class for comparing BigInts to Numbers and Strings.
The functionality is not exposed to JavaScript yet.
