This is a more canonical type name, and is in line with {kVoidCode}.

TurboFan generates significantly less code than Liftoff for this test,
and depending on timing it can happen that we need to generate thousands
of functions, which takes some time and occasionally runs into timeouts.
Thus disable tier-up for this test, such that we stick with the much
longer Liftoff code, and reach the four separate code spaces quicker.

This shipped in v7.9, which is stable since six weeks. We do not test
the previous configuration any more and don't plan to move back, hence
remove the flag and clean up the code.

This brings our constants back in line with the changed spec text. We
already use kExprTableGet and kExprTableSet, but for locals and globals
we still use the old wording.
This renaming is mostly mechanical.
PS1 was created using:
ag -l 'kExpr(Get|Set|Tee)Local' src test | \
xargs -L1 sed -E 's/kExpr(Get|Set|Tee)Local\b/kExprLocal\1/g' -i
PS2 contains manual fixes.

This randomizes new memory allocations and reservations. It's currently
used to test far jump tables in wasm better, but might be helpful
generally for testing arbitrary virtual memory layouts.

This CL adds a flag to reduce the initial code space reservation size
(--wasm-max-initial-code-space-reservation), and adds a test which creates at
least four separate code spaces and calls between them.
