5d9fa102a7 [wasm] Provide better stack traces for asm.js code
For the asm.js to WASM pipeline, the current stack traces only show
low-level WASM information.
This CL maps this back to asm.js source positions.
It does so by attaching the asm.js source Script to the compiled WASM
module, and emitting a delta-encoded table which maps from WASM byte
offsets to positions within that Script. As asm.js code does not throw
exceptions, we only store a mapping for call instructions.

The new AsmJsWasmStackFrame implementation inherits from
WasmStackFrame, but contains the logic to provide the source script and
the position inside of it.
What is still missing is the JSFunction object returned by
CallSite.getFunction(). We currently return null.

f7bc1fc733 Refactor call site handling for stack formatting
This commit introduces several new types:

* JSStackFrame and WasmStackFrame are wrapper classes around a single frame
  in a FrameArray.
* They both inherit from StackFrameBase, which uses virtual dispatch to call
  the correct implementation.
* FrameArrayIterator contains a static instance of JSStackFrame and
WasmStackFrame and returns a pointer to the corresponding type for each
  frame.
* The JS callsite object now contains the frame array and frame index
  as internal fields.

Internal stack formatting now relies completely on FrameArrayIterator and the
{JS,Wasm}StackFrame types. JS callsite instances are allocated only for custom
user formatting through Error.prepareStackTrace.

b4c1aefb9c Refactor data structures for simple stack traces
Simple stack traces are captured through Isolate::CaptureSimpleStackTrace.
Captured frames are stored in a FixedArray, which in turn is stored as a
property (using a private symbol) on the error object itself. Actual formatting
of the textual stack trace is done lazily when the user reads the stack
property of the error object.

This would involve many conversions back and forth between index-encoded raw
data (receiver, function, offset and code), JS CallSite objects, and C++
CallSite objects.

This commit refactors the C++ CallSite class into a Struct class called
StackTraceFrame, which is the new single point of truth frame information.
Isolate::CaptureSimpleStackTrace stores an array of StackTraceFrames, and JS
CallSite objects (now created only when the user specifies custom stack trace
formatting through Error.prepareStackTrace) internally only store a reference
to a StackTraceFrame.

f1cf71aa4d Simplify and correct logic in CallSite::GetMethodName
SharedFunctionInfo::name is always a String if present (never a Symbol),
so there's no need to first test it for IsName() before testing IsString().
This is enforced by a check in %FunctionSetName.

As a bonus, the code no longer looks invalid (unconditionally casting
a Name to a String). The logic came into this broken-looking state
accidentally in the flag cleanup CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2096933002/.

f59a23356b [builtins] Add receiver to builtin exit frames
Stack trace generation requires access to the receiver; and while the
receiver is already on the stack, we cannot determine its position
during stack trace generation (it's stored in argv[0], and argc is only
stored in a callee-saved register).

This patch grants access to the receiver by pushing argc onto builtin
exit frames as an extra argument. Compared to simply pushing the
receiver, this requires an additional dereference during stack trace
generation, but one fewer during builtin calls.

a4cd1eef0a [wasm] Make wasm info available on the stack trace
This changes different locations to extract the reference to the wasm
object and the function index from the stack trace, and make it
available through all the APIs which process stack traces.
The javascript CallSite object now has the new methods isWasm(),
getWasmObject() and getWasmFunctionIndex(); the byte offset is
available via getPosition().

Function names of wasm frames should be fully functional with this
commit, position information works reliably for calls, but not for
traps like unreachable or out-of-bounds accesses.

c736a45257 [keys] Moving property/keys related methods to KeyAccumulator in keys.cc
The Great Keys Migration:
This is part of a bigger effort to centralize optimizations for key collections
in a central place. This necessary to avoid the penalty that would be introduced
by fixing shadowed property iteration.

e2ec04d2ab Move MessageLocations constructor out of header
This is a bit unfortunate, but otherwise we would have to include
objects.h before message.h, since for the initialization of a Handle<T>,
the compiler checks that Object* can be assigned to T*. So it would
need to know about the inheritance for initializing Handle<Script> and
Handle<JSFunction>.

045fa997b7 Handle ES2015 Function.name in CallSite::GetMethodName
CallSite depends on using the function name to get ahold of the property
name from which an exception was thrown. This fix properly handles the
ES2015 names for getters and setters. The new tests pass both with
--harmony-function-name off and on.

6b89c6941b [builtins] Add an initial fast-path to Object.assign.
In the case of a simple fast-mode receiver without fancy properties, we
can just walk over the descriptor array to find all its initial property
names. As long as the map stays the same, we can also use that
descriptor array to figure out how to handle the properties.

This speeds up
https://github.com/kpdecker/six-speed/tree/master/tests/object-assign by
~2x.

ed24dfe80d [runtime] Do not use the enum-cache for keys retrieval.
Currently we fail to properly handle shadowed properties. If the
receiver defines a non-enumerable property that reappears on the
prototype as enumerable it incorrectly shows up in [[Enumerate]].
By extending the KeyAccumulator to track non-enumerable properties
we can now properly filter them out when seeing them further up in
the prototype-chain.
