Jakob Kummerow	9daf3e2039	[cleanup] Limit Token usage to Parser, AST, BytecodeGenerator ... and use a newly-introduced "enum class Operation" in all other places that so far passed Token::Values around. Also delete some related dead code along the way. svenpanne	d8416f5524	Intrinsics in the INLINE_FUNCTION_LIST are now avaliable without '_', too. ... This involved renaming apart a few more intrinsics. In the long run, we want to clean up redundant intrinsics which just delegate.
