9b892b86b1 Refactor BinaryOpIC to be able to use different stubs. 
Previously BinaryOpIC and BinaryOpStub were pretty much interdependent.
However, in order to use allocation sites for string adds on-demand,
we need to be able to use different stubs (with a different number of
register parameters, via trampolines) depending on the BinaryOpIC state.

e066a3667d Move responsibility for definition of ExtraICState bits into the ICs. 
Currently it's in the Code object for some ICs and in ICs for other ICs.
This should make it easier to alter bits as needed.

2) Recover an extra bit in the code object to give us 6 bits for the extra ic state. We'll need it soon to store contextual state.

3) Cleanup code that treated StrictMode enum and ExtraICState enum as interchangeble.

a9fd01d567 - Makes a common superclass for Load and Store stub compiler. 
- Splits all non-normal Store ICs into handler and IC.
- Ensures monomorphic store ICs go polymorphic.
- Feeds polymorphic type feedback into count operation.

67d9051bcd Create AllocationSite objects, pointed to by AllocationSiteInfo. 
This creates a platform where we can do additional things with allocation sites,
other than just aid in reducing array transitions.

The problem is the HCallConstantFunction which is not context sensitive, so we leak the builtin. We first need a Hydrogen version of __ IvokeBuiltin.

1fc6065b38 CallNewArray sites need the original feedback cell at crankshaft time. 
This CL addresses a TODO in the hydrogen-based array constructor code,
to pass through the actual type feedback cell, rather than the contents
of the cell.

f8db2414f2 Deprecate FACTORY helper macro. 
This removes the FACTORY helper macro to avoid accidental TLS access
when using the factory. Most internal code has access to the Isolate by
now whereas tests which are not performance critical still heavily use
TLS access through explicit Isolate::Current() calls.
