ac712f13c3 Fix evaluation order of GT and LTE operators. 
According to the ES5 spec all ">" and "<=" expressions should be be
evaluated left-to-right. This obsoletes old hacks for reversing the
order to be ES3 compliant.

f9e2922b12 MIPS: port Remove in-loop tracking for call ICs. 
port r9260 (af9cfd83).

Original commit message:
We passed this flag around in a lot of places and had differenc call
ICs based on it, but never did any real specialization based on its
value.

7939f9acf2 Make scanner handle invalid unicode escapes in identifiers correctly. 
I.e., don't just convert \u to u in identifiers (like in strings and regexps).

Also make the scanning of RegExp flags not interpret the escapes.

480ec43c4e Make "native" not a keyword. 
We now only recognize "native function" when it occurs in extension scripts
(parsing with a non-NULL extension), and only if there is no line-terminator
between "native" and "function" (so that it would otherwise be a Syntax Error).
Preparsing never recognizes native functions, which is acceptable since we
never preparse extension scripts (because we don't allow lazy functions
anyway).

e0eb110130 Reapply 7763, including arm and x64 variants. 
The only difference to revision 7763 is the implementation in the
builtins file for arm and x64, plus a move of Array.prototype.toString
and Array.prototype.toLocaleString from should throw on null or
undefined to the non generic test cases in the function-call test (due
to us not currently supporting generic cases with these to functions)

2b730c2bf6 Don't exchange null and undefined with the global object in function.prototype.{call, apply} for natives. 
This makes us compatible with firefox in throwing an exception when
call is invoked on a builtin with null as the this argument.

4bb55fd341 Change cctests to use variant flags as part of the name for the serilization file. 
Because we run all tests three times with different variant flags (to
test crankshaft) we might end up in a situation where we try to write
to the same serilization file from two different threads
simultaneously. The patch concats the variant flags at the end of the
serialization file name.

a695d0731e Change the HGraphBuilder to dispatch on the context. 
Before, expressions didn't take advantage of knowing their context in
the AST.  Now, we use the context to decide what to do with a value at
the end of visiting an expression.

3543dd53a4 Refactor the tools/test.py script and related testcfg.py files. 
This makes it possible to run several variants of the tests (with different flags that is) by adding extra lists to the VARIANT_FLAGS list. In addition, there is a number of smaller refactorings.

8fee5e810a Added ability to remove prototype from function. In this case, [[Construct]] from function will not be allowed. 
Added runtime function %FunctionRemovePrototype for this.
Removed prototypes from all builtin functions.
Some sputnik tests marked as fixed.
Added test to check builtins behavior.

a6a7c75ae0 MIPS port initial commit 
This is the first step in the MIPS port of V8. It adds assembler, disassembler and simulator for the MIPS32 architecture.

Contains stubbed out implementation of all the compiler/code generator infrastructure to make it all build.

Patch by Alexandre Rames from Sigma Designs Inc.
