07d720ec41 Detailed heap snapshot usability improvement. 
The detailed heap snapshot has two groups of nodes. The first one
is the group for v8 heap nodes and the second one is the group for
native objects. At the moment we have two different sets of native
objects. There are 'Detached DOM trees' and 'Document DOM trees' type of objects.

I think it'd be nice to replace one group containing all native objects with
separate groups for different types of native objects.

81a0271004 Randomize the seed used for string hashing. This helps guard against 
CPU-eating DOS attacks against node.js servers.  Based on code from
Bert Belder.  This version only solves the issue for those that compile
V8 themselves or those that do not use snapshots.  A snapshot-based
precompiled V8 will still have predictable string hash codes.

b16e02e823 Made PropertyType handling even more explicit. 
Replaced FIRST_PHANTOM_PROPERTY_TYPE by a predicate. Removed the (hopefully)
last default cases for switches on PropertyType. Benchmarks show that both
changes are performace-neutral.

Now every value of PropertyType should either be handled by an explicit case in
a switch or by an equality operator. Therefore, the C++ compiler should finally
be able to tell us which places to touch when changing PropertyType.

49df2a6ddc A page created a number of ConsStrings that refer to one big string. 
Each such string requires small amount of heap memory.
Heap snapshot generator copies all the strings into internal hash map for future use.
The each copy requires much more memory than original v8 string.

I made a workaround for this. The snapshot will copy only first 1024 symbols.
A simple drive-by fix was made for a performance problem in ToCString implementation.

7385fef2ca Cleanup ScopeInfo and SerializedScopeInfo. 
Both classes have been merged into a single ScopeInfo
class that implements the functionality from both.

This CL does not adapt the broken gdb-jit interface.

56c763f023 Make the GC aware of JSReceiver pointers in LookupResults. 
The LookupResult utility class is used in handlified code, but it can
contain a raw pointer to the lookup's holder object.  Create a per-thread
stack of live LookupResults and iterate all the live ones on GC.

c05354ecc4 Add v8::HeapGraphNode::GetHeapValue method. 
This allows getting a heap object by a heap snapshot node for further
inspection. Very useful for objects from bindings that mostly have
getter-provided fields.

b706cfce94 Eliminate the need for code delete events in CPU profiler. 
Events are still generated for tick processor on performance testing
server to work, as soon as scripts will be updated, it will be safe
to remove code delete events emitting code.

2e1e5fc09c Heap profiler: for objects of class "Object", try to lookup name 
from the constructor function. This works well for binding objects,
and this matches DevTools' algorithm for name assignment.

8a6108de95 Remove the ability to compile without logging and profiling 
The preprocessor defines ENABLE_LOGGING_AND_PROFILING and ENABLE_VMSTATE_TRACKING has been removed as these where required to be turned on for Crankshaft to work. To re-enable reducing the binary size by leaving out heap and CPU profiler a new set of defines needs to be created.

70d5e6d582 Add bit_field3 to Map objects 
Reuse instance_descriptor field in the map to store additional flags when there are no descriptors. When descriptors get added to the map, move the flags to the DescriptorArray and access through indirection.

d0fcbb4ece Simplify include dependencies.

302037d44e Make object groups and implicit references a bit more lightweight. 
We can only call malloc/free once per group and we can avoid scanning
through a list of NULLs if we keep unprocessed groups in the beginning.

I also changed the internal representation of implicit references to
hold a handle to the parent (instead of a direct pointer). The
prologue callback must not trigger a GC, but it's better to be safe.

5a5dfbef56 Dramatically speed up detailed heap snapshot generation. 
I've replaced calls to HashMap::Clear with instance re-creation.
This has sped up taking a heap snapshot of GMail from 33s -> 3s!

dee9c00267 Add an interface for an embedder to provide information about native 
objects retained by object groups and global handles.

This information is then used during heap snapshot generation
to provide a more complete memory picture.
