ac89b17813 Keep new arrays allocated with 'new Array(N)' in fast mode 
Also explicit length setting with a.length = N should remain in fast mode.

e8e35eccac Properly process arrays with overridden prototype in various Array's functions. 
Bailout to JS Array builtins if array's prototype is different from
Array.prototype.  Otherwise there might be inherited elements coming
from this prototype.

210e02442e Renaming test/mjsunit/array-splice.js to test/mjsunit/array-functions-prototype-misc.js. 
The test array-splice.js following array-shift, array-slice etc would be added in
next commit.

4bd3d3d10c Turned down the amount of work done by array-splice to ensure that it 
doesn't time out on our slowest platforms.  It turns out that almost
all the time was spent in Array.prototype.unshift on a non-array with
a length-field holding 40000.  We may want to look into that but on
the other hand it is a pretty obscure thing to do so we may not.

c42f5829a1 Included mjsunit JavaScript test suite and C++ unit tests. 
In the shell sample don't print the result of executing a script, only
evaluating expressions.

Fixed issue when building samples on Windows using a shared V8
library.  Added visibility option on Linux build which makes the
generated library 18% smaller.

Changed build system to accept multiple build modes in one build and
generate seperate objects, libraries and executables for each mode.

Removed deferred negation optimization (a * -b => -(a * b)) since this
visibly changes operand conversion order.

Improved parsing performance by introducing stack guard in preparsing.
Without a stack guard preparsing always bails out with stack overflow.
