This is the V8 equivalent to https://crrev.com/2779193002 and must be landed
before //build/secondary/{gtest,gmock} are removed from Chromium. This started
out as https://crrev.com/2847693002
The changes in tools/ were authored by yangguo@chromium.org and
initially shared in http://crrev.com/2849783003.
GoogleTest (gtest) and GoogleMock (gmock) are now hosted into the same
googletest repository. In order to cope with this, the googletest
repository is now sourced at third_party/googletest.
The file/directory layout of Google Test is not yet considered stable.
To minimize disruption while Google Test stabilizes, Chromium code will
be insulated from third_party/googletest.
* testing/gtest/include/gtest/ and testing/gmock/include/gmock have
been populated with headers that forward into the appropriate
locations of third_party/googletest
* testing/BUILD.gn has been populated with the targets
//testing/gtest(:gtest_main) and //testing/gmock(:gmock_main),
which depend on the appropriate //third_party/googletest targets.
All Chromium code should keep depending on the targets and
headers in testing/{gtest,gmock} for now.

In a recent CL I moved the corpus of the wasm fuzzer and of the
wasm-asmjs fuzzer to a different directory
(wasm_corpus and wasm_asmjs_corpus) so that the corpus is not executed
on the try-bots. With this CL I remove the old corpus from the
.gitignore file.
In addition I removed the hooks for wasm_corpus and
wasm_asmjs_corpus from the V8 DEPS file, because in a V8 checkout
they are not used anyway.
I also added code to the test runner to delete all *.wasm files
from the directories test/fuzzer/wasm and test/fuzzer/wasm_asmjs.
This code should be removed in a week, but it will help my coworkers
to cleanup their V8 checkout.

The current test/fuzzer/wasm directory is used for two things:
1) as the corpus directory for clusterfuzz
2) to test in v8 that the fuzzer runs correctly.
With the newly added files from the wasm spec tests this directory grew
quite big and adds unnecessary load on the trybots. Therefore I want to
do the following steps:
1) In this CL for V8: create a new directory for the clusterfuzz corpus
2) In chromium: use the new corpus directory
3) In v8: clean up the old directory to use it on the trybots.

The spec tests are stored on a mirror and are downloaded with the DEPS
file. The test files on the mirror are updated with a script which has
to be executed manually.
This CL contains the following changes:
* A script which updates the spec tests and uploads the generated files
to the mirror.
* Changes to the DEPS file to download the files from the mirror.
* Changes so that tools/run-tests.py can run the spec tests.

third_party/inspector_protocol is tracked in git and ignoring it causes
problems if the tree is copied to another git repository (e.g. Node.js)
Similarly, third_party/binutils has some files checked in. This adds a
.gitignore file in this directory (same as Chromium).

When Chromium and V8 use the same version of inspector_protocol, any protocol change takes at least 4 patches and 3 waiting for rolls.
To simplify this process we need to have two diffrent versions of inspector_protocol in Chromium and V8. Current state of inspector_protocol was extracted into separate repository [1]. This CL puts last version of inspector_protocol into third_party/inspector_protocol and removes dependency on inspector_protocol in Webkit.
