With bytecode flushing and lazy feedback allocation, we need to call
%PrepareForOptimization before we call %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall,
ideally after declaring the function.

We have to preserve control flow so that the liveness analysis is less
confused. This CL fixes loops to preserve teh original control flow.
