With bytecode flushing and lazy feedback allocation, we need to call
%PrepareForOptimization before we call %OptimizeFunctionOnNextCall,
ideally after declaring the function.

This fixes the array literal expression stack tracking in the presence
of spread expressions. Deoptimization within a spread expression was
borked.
